Ah, did not know some of these things must have forgotten them. Though this now makes me feel like Moffat needs to show these things in the daleks more often. Only thing i can remember about them is they build fast and can fly and shoot. I was gonna write a fan fic with the Could Have Been King as Omega from a neighboring timeline where it was he that survived, not Rassilon, who used magical time powers to escape his universe's Time War.
