To be honest I would have liked them giving more time to the Palpatine vs Windu battle and explain it more like how it goes in the books. Jodo vs Sidious could also have been longer (it really should've lasted 10 minutes at least) and more scenes from the temple with Anakin would've been prefered though the most important points are the Windu vs Sidious and Yoda vs Sidious fights.

I'm not sure why the directors hold the movies back from their potential. For example in Phantom menace if they gave Obi Wan a backstory and Darth Maul a backstory for the first 10-15 minutes of the movie a lot of it would make a lot more sense. Also jar jar should've had less screentime.

The only thing I like about the Yoda v Dooku fight is right afterward when Padme and the clones run into the room after Dooku had just left and there's a wide shot of the whole room with Yoda slowly walking with his cane in center frame.
That one shot had such a creepy atmosphere, like you know seeing Yoda fight must be something that only happens once in a blue moon and we just witnessed something outrageous happening.
