Gather 'round, kids, and I'll tell you the story of how Judy Hopps met the Queen of Beetown.
>Judy knew the stories about Beetown.
>Hell, everyone from Bunnyburrow knew someone who knows someone who lived one.
>Just a stone’s throw from Bunnyburrow, but it’s not a place anyone visits, if they can help it.
>They say they used to grow beets there before the soil went sour. They say that’s how it got the name.
>But mammals from Beetown don’t tell the truth that much.
>They do keep bees there, though. That much is fact.
>Always have, at least since the soil went sour. Maybe that’s really how it got the name.
>Nobody from Beetown spells it with a capital “B”.
>“Welcome, beetown”, says the sign at the town limits. Like they’re welcoming the town itself.
>If you ask someone who lives there why they always write it like that, they’ll grin and lean in and say the same thing.
>”’Cause bees are little.”
>Judy hadn’t thought about the place in years until her mother called.
>Eileen Gray, Bonnie’s friend and the matriarch of the old Gray burrow, went missing on Tuesday.
>Her truck turned up two days later, nice and neat and parked next to the sign at the edge of Beetown.
>It was all over the news in Bunnyburrow. No mention of it the Beetown’s tiny paper, though.
>Because it wasn’t news there. Because folks in Beetown know something about life.
>Things go missing.
>>3994213

Not like our human cities that all smell like roses.
Let's say Nick, while giving bun some oral, decided to fit as much of her in his mouth as he could. Where would his teeth reach to, realistically? Up to her tummy?
>>3994419
There is a massive difference I doubt you're capable of appreciating.

Accidental scent exhibitionism!
>Judy receives a facial or maybe just excited over a little heavy petting from her snuggle fox
>She wipes off with a paper towel and decides while Nick is hogging the tiny shower she'll go pick up some groceries.
>Getting strange, heated looks from some passing preds
>As she examines some carrots she overhears a couple of gasps followed by "A fox?" "Oh my.."
>Its not till shes at the checkout when it hits.

>His admiration for Swinton is purely professional and he has no interest in having sex with her

>He's spoken with her at length
>Including long, casual lunches and coffees on days when her schedule wasn't so busy
>Even during those, he'd have to constantly reach over and fix her blouse's buttons, which always seemed to come undone
>And it was these talks that convinced him Swinton's situation was genuine
>She wasn't a lascivious woman, she had a modest libido, and her devotion was first and foremost to her city, not to indulging some strange fetishism
>And yet, somehow, by whatever contrived circumstances, the universe seemed to conspire towards lewdness
>He still remembers their first lunch together, when he finally mustered the courage to ask
>That was when he truly came to admire her
>Her twelve-point-plan for the local government was beautiful in its simplicity, her dedication to the office was paramount, and her love of the city was unrivaled
>All his suspicions, all the rumors about her using her post as cover for pornographic opportunities, were dispelled in a single meal
>This truly was the Swinton he'd voted for, campaigned for, worked hard to serve
>And yet even such a pleasant chat ended with her tripping, accidentally pantsing the busboy, and ending up on her knees in front of him

>Sure, sure, on a day off, during daylight hours, with multiple witnesses.
Sir.
SIR.
I don't think I like the implications that you're insinuating.
Perhaps it's easy to assume the worst of others when you're the sort who plots to dope their own roommates for the sake intercourse under false consent.
Frankly, it is insulting, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it turns out to be motivated by the sort of anti-raccoon rhetoric that gets around here.
For shame. We should be tearing down walls, not building up dams of oppression.
>>3994924
You make a super good point.
Beaver really doesn't have a leg to stand on here as somebody who considered, and even took steps towards executing a plan to drug his roommates.
>>3994862
So you're telling me it would be a very slow thing, her having to use the most gentle of movements as his sensitive throbbing length twitches at her touch. The knowledge that one wrong move could scrape, could cut, could hurt; driving their rational minds to keep a slow pace while their urges crave a faster, more dangerous frenzy of movement?
(I'm sorry, someone asked me to use throbbing length at some point)

>Nick, laying down in Judy's bed after a cramped awkward shower, flips his paw over his phone, trying to find the latest news.
>He's interrupted from his search as the door creeks open. Not looking up from his phone he puts on a lazy smile and is about to greet his cute bun bun when his nose twitches like crazy.
>Carrots, celery, apples, bug burga meat, sopping wet bun panties.
>He starts to get up but is body slammed by his eager bunny.
>Gonna be another cramped shower for Nick, not that he minds.

Okay, that's a good picture. So, assuming his side teeth hitch on her inner thighs, I'm willing to bet he gets just past her mons, right? Not quite up to her tummy.
>>3994792
Oh, no, I'm not talking about actually devouring her feet first.
I mean, like, her legs are spread and he just wants to put his teeth on her.
So, like, if you were watching from an aerial view, she'd have her legs poking out either side of his mouth with a certain portion of her lower body not visible underneath his jaws. No vore fetishism here, just pred/play stuff.
So I wonder what Calvin is getting up to.

Your girlfriend knows about our memes?
>>3995120
You have a girlfriend?
>>3995150
Why do you think coloranon instantly vanished?
>>3995039
It turns out to be Trash Panda.
Trying to make Labjer jump Calvin as soon as possible, she dosed him with a mixture of Nighthowlers and Pastor, hoping to make him a feral beast with only one thing on his mind.
Unfortunately, it spawned a zombie plague of rape, which Calvin managed to avoid by not noticing.
Now recruited by Trash Panda and Handlebars, BunnyBoi must try and take down Patient Zero so that they can extract the cure (in his cum, naturally) so that they can restore Zootopia to normal.
>>3995114
Yeah, so top of the waist-line, pubis mons. That's a good estimation.

Why do you think there's no bunny cops?
No bunnies in all the emergency services. They hear a scream, they run in the opposite direction.
>>3995584
Ugh. That's an improvement over the original, where, apparently the artist's fetish was "Fem Nick & Judy are conjoined".
They still need the presents of other legs, since they still look like they have only one each.

>watch on youtube
>suggested videos on right has rabbit hunting with air guns
>triggering myself by watching but I can't look away
I feel like garbage now.
I know buns in real life can be pests (and in the case of this video, MAJOR pests; buns kept digging up the pasture and horses would fall into the holes and break their legs) but it kills me inside to see something so adorable go through death throes, even if the video amkers say it's painless.
>>3995682
I don't think she's a mutant, but I do like the idea that she has the same bunny instinct when confronted with danger, and she's trained herself to react differently.
You could write a story about her reacting the wrong way to a threat when the smart move is to flee, but thinking about the way she reacts in the film she's not really reckless. A bit naive with Mr Big, maybe, but there's a big gap between not backing down and leaping into danger.

Nerve gas experiments on rabbits. They violently convulse. The scary thing is, since the gas is invisible, you don't see anything happen other than the rabbit dying.

Hear me out. It's the Rodentia war. There's little Rodentia, and then Rodentia, which borders reptilian lands.
The whole war would've been between mice and snakes/lizards with bigger mammals coming in to deal with gators, crocs, and anacondas.
Reptilians would still eat their prey, so all the mammals trying to find/fight them would get sever ptsd from all the screaming from other mammals getting snatched. Water reptilians sneaking up on deer walking through water, ect ect..

I finally watched zootopia for the 2nd time after browsing these threads for months.
A second watch really gives you a new perspective.
First and biggest problem with the film:
>Judy "passes" the ice-wall academy test, but only after she jumps off the heads of other trainers
>Nick/Finnick take melted popsicle juice all the way to tundratown to make their popsicles, when they could just as easily freeze them in a clay-mold and save a trip
>in the scene at little rodentia when weaselton creates a domino effect with the apartments, judy just manages to set it back to it's upright position because the set of apartments are still together, but the first-knocked-down building would have been knocked down almost completely horizontally
>The movie seems to use cartoon-eyes whenever it feels like it. Mr. Big and his daughter seem to have them, but the rest of the mice at the party all have black-beady eyes. This also happens with Mr. Otterton in the lab scene, or any/all savage characters. This is also true for Ms. Bellweather (who has cartoon eyes) while other sheep in the film have horizontal pupils.
>How does Nick know how much time is left for Judy to solve the case? How does he know when the clock started? (jungle scene after mr. manchas goes wild and Nick is talking to Bogo)
(1/2)
>>3995067
Well, just for you anon.
All good and bad things must come to an end
>>3996530
>Sapient
They wouldn't be entirely sapient, more like at a half-way point. Which is why they still eat their enemies.
>>3996424
I'm so happy you found it inspiring. Having generated more content by others has always been the biggest compliment I can get.
"My" version of Swinton seems a rather vicious kind of sow, so your plucky ditz is really her polar opposite, it's great fun!
Okay I'm really off now, goodnight thread.
>>3995774
>Trying to control her heavy breathing, Judy peers out of the alleyway she's hidden in and watches as predator after predator walks in and out of Bug Burga.
>About halfway here, what she was doing finally dawned on her and she's been hopping from alley to alley avoiding people.
>She considered going back half an hour ago, but something in her stubbornly pushed her forward.
>Finally calming herself down enough to walk out of the alley, she put on a smile and trudged toward the grease smelling fast food joint.
>Taking one last deep breath, she pushes open the doors and enters.
>A bell rings, signaling her arrival.
>Heads turn, eyes widen, noses twitch and the comfy conversations bleed away.
>Judy's heart beats rapidly as she crosses the entry way, doing her best not to feel the heavy atmosphere.
>Avoiding eye contact, she takes her place before the register.
>She ignores the quiet chuckle from behind her as she stares up at the badger in the bug hat.
>"Welcome to Bug Burga, home of the bug burga, can I take your order?"
>Forcing an already waning smile Judy quickly looks over the menu without really seeing. "I.. would like.."
>She stops at the sound of a chair being pushed away behind her.
>Turning slightly, she sees a big wolf stepping away from his half eaten forgotten meal, a thin grin spreading on his long shaggy muzzle.
>Judy turns back and focuses on the badger, trying to ignore the giddy anticipation growing in her chest.
>But she can't take her attention away from the slow, powerful steps of the predator steadily getting closer.
>Her heart skips a beat as the wolf takes in a long drawn out sniff.
>She bites her lip, still staring forward at the oblivious badger before her.
>>3996247
Holy hell, she is adorable!
>>3996048
Man, what a good mayor.
I'd vote for her.
Again and again. Ten times a day if I could.
>>3996550

>>3996547
And finally, a theory
>Rhino at beginning of movie at academy with judy
>Rhino at scene where he crosses paths with judy
>Rhino at the "drop-off" location that weaselton says he was taking the nighthowlers to.
Could it be that this rhino is a corrupt cop? Was the only reason he crossed paths with Judy (at the chase scene) because Weaselton was supposed to drop off the bag to the rhino at that moment? Is the rhino leaving the "lab's hidden location" because he just dropped off nighthowlers to Doug? Do Nick and Judy suspect that he just did exactly that when he passes them? Do we not see his face because the particular Rhino's eyes are yellow, and we would have immediately recognized him? I think the answers to all these questions is yes. It all seems very coincidental. Throughout the movie, it also appears that the rhino isn't very friendly towards Judy. His eyes always seem angry and evil whenever he looks at her.

>Judy "passes" the ice-wall academy test, but only after she jumps off the heads of other trainers
The entire obstacle course measures more than just physical fitness -- it's also a test of one's ability to improvise, to adapt, to use what's available in any given situation to accomplish a necessary goal.
It's the same reason she didn't get disqualified because the rhino technically knocked himself out.
>>3996550
Tell me it's canon!

>How does Nick know how much time is left for Judy to solve the case? How does he know when the clock started? (jungle scene after mr. manchas goes wild and Nick is talking to Bogo)
He actually miscounts. By a lot. It's intentionally, obviously a bluff.
Seriously, watch the scene where he tells off Bogo again, you can see Judy mentally check Nick's math and realize he's wrong, but she keeps her mouth shut.

Because it's also a competition. In a practical application, those could be criminals she's bouncing off of.

>Judy "passes" the ice-wall academy test, but only after she jumps off the heads of other trainers
Well hey, she was still leaps and bounds ahead of her classmates, so they gave her a pass.
>Nick/Finnick take melted popsicle juice all the way to tundratown to make their popsicles, when they could just as easily freeze them in a clay-mold and save a trip
Any mold they have would have to be small enough to fit in the back of Finnick's van, which is already filled with all the other implements they need for the scheme. This also means much lower production volume. Freezing them out in the open also allows them to accomplish that part of the operation all at once, saving both time and overhead.
>but the first-knocked-down building would have been knocked down almost completely horizontally
Not necessarily. The apartments are close enough and wide enough that they can tilt at much greater angles than your average dominoes without collapsing entirely. Really, a better nitpick would be why said buildings lack proper foundations in the first place.
>The movie seems to use cartoon-eyes whenever it feels like it.
Visual design cues. The cartoon eyes make those characters more relatable and therefore memorable. We're meant to remember the one shrew Judy saves because she comes back later, and we're more accepting of Bellwether because of her big, cute eyes. Likewise, denying that trait to the savage animals makes them seem more monstrous.
>How does Nick know how much time is left for Judy to solve the case?
Judy mentions at several points that she's operating on a deadline, down to the number of hours remaining. This is precisely why Nick takes her to the DMV in order to waste her time.
>>3996571

>She turns and looks past the wolf beside her.
>An exasperated, heavy breathing from excretion fox stands at the door.
>The wolf huffs and glares at the intruder.
>The fox glares back, a low growl rising in his throat.
>With one last sniff, the wolf chuckles and steps back.
>Nick runs a paw through his tattered head fur and meets Judy's eyes. "Carrots.."
>Order forgotten, Judy runs over and hops into his waiting arms.
>"Oof, come on carrots, you're not THAT light."
>Ignoring his protests she snuggles into his warm chest.
>Smiling, he carries her outside.
>"Jeese, if you were so into that kinda stuff you could of told me..."
>She just hugs him harder, happy to be surrounded by his intoxicating scent.

>The perp being a rather lean bull, late-twenties, with an active warrant out for its arrest.
>These kinds of conditions weren't the best for running between buildings, and certainly not for a bunny in their first trimester.
>'Judy would've caught the bull by now,' he thought, a smile on his face, just as he leaped around a corner.
>Apparently the perp had lead him around in a giant circle, as he was close to where he'd started the chase- his vehicle and Judy just a block away.
>Having lost his target, Nick began walking back to their vehicle-
>The sound of breaking glass, followed by a woman's scream, made him freeze

>The bull sneered at Nick, tossing Judy off to the side as it ran out the back door
>No longer caring about capturing the perp, he ran to Judy.
