Well ok here I go (this is just based on what you've just seen still)
Neophyte: The tortured and assimilated slaves to the cult of Grimm worship.. It is their way of converting the non-believers. After some torture and punishment, the Neophyte will either give in to the cult or be turned into an Abomination.
Cultist: The foundation of the cult. These zealots wish to spread as much harm and evil across Remnant through their sadistic and hedonistic practices. They are the ones responsible for creating new members to their order (Neophytes) and give their all to their Grimm overlords. All cultists bear a distinct mark around their bodies and faces.
FlakkJakks: One of the estranged fusions between Grimm and a humanoid body. Although it is uncertain it is of human origins, these monsters have only one purpose, to explode for their master. They can always be found with devices embedded into their cavity and sometimes even wholly doused in combustible fluids. Their bodies have an unnatural ability to start a chemical reaction to ignite themselves. Their infamous battle cry, "GLORY TO GENOCIDRAX" is usually uttered before they detonate.
Abomination: The turned neophytes that refused to give in to the cult. Their minds are broken repeatedly and their wills tested each passing minute the cultist wishes to conduct their extensive ritual. If the torture doesn't work, the cultist will then start to horridly turn them into Abominations. They assume horrific forms after complete transformations and grow pouches to digest living tissue for their spawns that sprout from their blown out stomachs

(M) Abominations: Considered the weaker one between of the two, regardless of being a male, the Abomination will still give birth to numerous hellspawns. Their brood is not attached to them so they can wander around more freely.
(F) Abominations: The more dangerous kind, if left unchecked the female Abominations can give birth to a myriad of hellspawns overtime, creating a whole army at her disposal. The female Abomination's brood is tethered to her so movemnt is limited to her and her children. These ones tend to feed more ravenously and shriek louder.
Hellspawns: The monstrous fetuses of the Abomination. They aren't seen much of a threat alone but are more challenging to deal with in packs. If hurt or injured they will try crawl back to their parents
