So how are fluffies able to run from home so easily
there are tons of stories about how fluffies who don't get to have babies end up running away. Thought they were to stupid and weak to accomplish something like that.

It's not always like that.
Sometimes it's done with the best of intentions - they hear that spaying or neutering is traumatic for the fluffies. "Why huwt babbeh pwace?" "Huuu huuu huuu, fwuffy miss speshuw wumps" and so on and so forth.
Being that the fluffy pets can talk and understand they hope to reason with the pet. They think if they can properly convey the reasons why the fluffy can't have babies it'll fix the issue. But the fluffies never accept the reasoning and so they rebel against their parent and get knocked up.
What get's me about fluffy ponies (in particular, ferals) is the tragedy of their existence. They're simple minded creatures bred purely for giving and receiving affection, yet were released into a cold and harsh world where they are viewed by most people as annoying vermin. So instead the vast majority of them are left to their own devices in world they are completely unequipped to handle on their own.

For me it's when they keep having babies. They'll have one set of litter and another one the way but they'll completely neglect their current litter because the mare needs all the food.

Honestly I don't remember since I was up late enough that my memory died, but I think I had a few things to say that mattered. Took about two hours to color the panel.
I do remember specifically that if we do this regularly IRC might be useful (partly for this reason), and that I didn't do the Bob Ross background to the comic because I couldn't find any good pictures of a suitable painting, and didn't feel like looking deeply into it.
I was also looking for suggestions for the vegetation and person since I didn't really know what to do with them.
If you do have anything negative to say about my coloring, that would be nice though.

I'd suggest adding a mane and a tail. I know it's a minimalist style, but I think they're quite a big part of the fluffies colorfulness. That said, the head shape is indeed a lot better in this one.
I've noticed quite a few people mistaking smarty to mean stallion fluffy. They're not the same thing, and most reputable pet stores simply put smarties to sleep as soon as they find them because they're completely unsellable.
