Khajiit morphology is MASSIVELY different depending on when they're born, it's kinda kooky. Some are quadrupedal, and literally just the size of housecats, the Alfiq.

Just recalled that I was using CBBE Slim preset for UUNP body. What's important is that I also generated tri files for Racemenu morphs in Bodyslide that allow me to make the adjustments to the body in-game with RaceMenu. I'll have the exact values in a future pastebin.

From a /scaly/ standpoint, a lot of people would prefer them to be cold blooded in a way, but from a biological standpoint, if it has wings capable of flight you've got yourself a warm blooded dragon, not to say anything of other abilities your dragon may possess.

Cool to the touch when they are otherwise in a calm state. They should not be considered lazy or sluggish exactly, yet they could be described as homebodyish in their preferred lifestyle. They default to an energy conserving outlook in most things.
The exception being when they are excited, or in an environmentally dangerous situation requiring a temperature boost, such as bitterly cold weather. All this through their own dangerous internal chemistry, which also allows them to be burning hot and spitting napalm when pissed off.
Obviously they would appreciate another lifeform that maintains a higher body temperature. Appreciate, as in something well worth the demand on their time for snuggling close to in bed. And related close contact play, etc. It could be considered a mild form of energy vampirism, but I can't see how the mammal would mind.
