Alright so /toku/ I have a dilemma.
My usual toy store has a used ToQ Changer with the red Ressha + a few collectibles for approx. 6 dollars, and it's in good condition, except for one thing:
The lever doesn't work, unless it's kept down.
It knows that there's a train when I put it in the bracer, but it doesn't know what train it is unless I keep the lever held down for the entire transformation.
Is there anyway to fix it? Or should I use it solely for display purposes.

To compare them to Kamen Rider Figuarts seems quite unfair given how well Kamen Rider shit sells, but even Ultra-acts will almost constantly go up in price.
The most expensive Sentai Figuarts is, what, 5-6k new and exclusive? Even Ultraman Ginga (which no body likes as a character and series) is starting to almost hit 6k new, and he's just a standard 2014 release.

Besides financial restraints, why cancel your orders on the other site? Worst case scenario, double will be scalped and you profit by selling. Half the SS line has went up, and W is presently more prominent than say, agito or hibiki.

No idea. Tamaishii Nations Kamen Rider distribution is spotty. Rider 3 got a release in the US, so did Kabuto renewal. The Ultraman figuarts is coming here too. Let's hope they announce a US date for W.

What happens with nights where there are multiple popular figures going up at once then amiami's cardboard servers melt and it's a frantic f5 dance once you got it in your cart desperately trying to get your order in past the errors and timeouts.
On nights where there is only one major preorder then it doesn't matter by the time you hit f5 it's sold out literally within minutes. Trunks sold out in like 5 minutes and I didn't see W but I'm willing to bet he sold out just as fast.
Normally I would say this is why I actually prefer exclusive releases but I love the hunt.
