I'd say, to start:
1. Make the "legs" into more of a cape type thing, or at least make them articulatable. As-is, they are too bland and static.
2. Try to incorporate the Beware My Stinger Tail feature in, somehow. Either by swapping around parts, swapping an arm for a giant crushing claw, or even separating it into two smaller versions on each hand.
Other than that, it looks decent, just needs work.

I've been with Bionicle since it started, but dropped it at the end of generation 1. I sold all my legos thinking they were "kid" toys and soon got into Figma, SHF, Gundam ect. Recently I built the CCBS General Grievous and I remembered how fun it was to have a quick build and left with a satisfying toy I could actually play with, compared to hours of building an unstable gundam that I put on my shelf and forget about. I definitely think I wanna get back into the Bionicle and CCBS scene, but how would Bionicle look on a display next to high end figures? I know I wanna get Skull Grinder, Skull warrior and a few of the toa, but my question is, how do they look on a "professional" display with lighting, glass cases ect?

while I'm about it I've created this headcanon that the gearboxes are an old mechanism made to improve the movement of the arms, thus it appears in ancient beings (Ekimu, Toa). Evolution has made those gearboxes not necessary anymore, since the arms have become strong enough.
And about the uniter torso, it specifically exist of course to allow unity with the creatures. Umarak has a much deeper connection to the creatures because of this, as his body was created to unite with them.
