By now everyone should have their gifts shipped out and have sent tracking info to me. If you haven't BY GOD DO IT NOW and ship it express! You want your assignment to get their present by Christmas, don't you?
Please do not email me about being grinched until January 2nd. On that day I will begin the backup Santa gifting.

Apparently my present has been waiting for me at the post office for like a week. I'm supposed to get email notifications when I get mail but it's unreliable most of the time. GitS is one of my favorite animes (plus I love cyberpunk in general). Mkii is one of my top 5 favorite Gundam designs (and one of the best RGs to boot). The modularity of the frame arms is already influencing me to get moar kits (spider/centaur mecha here we go). And honestly, I would probable never would have found Majin Bones. Now I'm off to try the hexbug spiders and enjoy the festivities with my family. Hope you got some nice gifts too!

Really don't know what to say anon. This was far more than I ever expected. Honestly made my Christmas. I wasn't trying to be a scrooge or anything but I'm at that age where family kinda halfasses Christmas and just gives you money and gift cards. Coworkers just give you alcohol. Was kinda bummed that nobody made that Christmas effort. I was just telling my friend over Skype the other day that I miss getting dinky little gifts like R2-D2 socks and a Star Wars mug that aren't the big exciting iPad like gifts but gifts that give you the warm fuzzies because they put thought into it. I wish it wasn't all anonymous so I could send thank you gifts back. Words don't feel good enough.

To the obvious teenagers who were worried about being grinched: I actually enjoyed seeing my giftee's reaction to my gift more than getting my own, and what I got was pretty awesome. It really is more about the giving IMO.
I can buy anything I want for myself, more or less. But I never really get /toy/ gifts. To have someone take the time to put some thought into a gift you'd actually like is a special thing, when you're an adult you're pretty much fucked on that front, especially if not many people you know IRL are into your hobby.
