Personally, I think it should simply be made clear that power can be gained over time and in which way. Just saying that you will probably gain more perks/a second focus spell by the time your master reaches his or her next life-stage is enough for me, that way I don't have to plan so much for the future and can focus on what we need now.

I can go a bit more into my reasoning, but first a bit on my thoughts of min-maxing with the Shower of Youth.
Its stated that showers work for 'the owner and one other person per day for 24 hours'. Effectively 2 people could use the shower and age backwards or 3 people could use the shower very carefully and Anons B and C would cease aging but not be able to grow younger. Any missteps in timing though would result in shaved off days each time.
I went with the Decontamination Deluge partially for personal reasons and partially because it offers the greatest potential pairing with the Shower of Youth. Shower of Youth bros don't want to die from any nasty diseases or injuries so they're probably willing to trade the use of their shower. Someone with the Decontamination Deluge can actually help out a fair number of people, since their shower doesn't need to be used every day for it to have an effect and its effects persist after you stop.
Unfortunately soaps and extras are listed as 'They do not work for anyone but the owner.' So no sharing those. Taking the liquid soap both gives me the ability to change my form as I see fit and if the Anon I'm trading with doesn't want to shower with a guy I can always change that if I'm not enjoying being a girl at the moment anyway. Just takes a bit of planning. Plus if I'm living a long time changing my identity every now and then would be nice.
Clippers because I have bad nail biting habit and I won't be able to bite titanium nails. Toothbrush because I have a sweet tooth and already a couple of fillings, The brush would fix those hopefully. Both give me some extra perks as well. Also considered the hair brush and razor but I might be able to get those effects with the liquid soap anyway.

With the shower it basically halts your aging for the day you shower and on the 1st of the year removes a year. so showering every day and on the new year would technically be 2 years you've removed. Yes 3 people could use the shower carefully to prevent aging each year.
I love the reasoning behind the clippers. Same kind of thing i'd do. I didn't specify but the brush does keep your mouth healthy so I could see it restoring your mouth to good health as otherwise it wouldn't be maintaining a healthy mouth. You could remove hair with shapeshifting, even if not as fast and change to normal colors, then you could dye your hair if needed. Slower then the other items but doable.

I still don't know why Arcane boosts healing on its own, to be honest, thought, save that once you implied it increased natural regeneration in a similar way to Ki Attunement. I really wish there was more clarification on that in Arcane's own course bio, but that's tedium you don't need to bother with.

Anyway I would argue Irony is the worst element, as it's value degrades the more you use it, and it's at it's best when you aren't even meaning to use it. Though as far as literary elements it's either conflict or plot that takes the top spot.
