Plan is to go into battle with the rest of my party and handle the organization and strategy while debuffing enemies. M'avina handles most of the up-close fighting with Kimitzu to support while Arcanna takes out priority targets. Seems like a very solid team, though we may be lacking in straight defense. I kinda wish there was another rogue character to take, Arcanna's not bad but all the stuff about distrusting her is a bit worrisome. As long as she does her job I don't have a problem with what she is and, hey, we're all going to be stealing the heart anyways.

I tried Zarya for a bit. Neat, but not as fun as B. Va. I love shields that have infinite health. You can just absorb entire die-die-dies or justice-from-aboves with it. You can even tank Bastion fire long enough for someone to kill him. Plus you can fly. I think you would have a LITTLE more information. For instance read Jeanne's description with "I'll let her say". You definitely wouldn't be expected to pick her blind without hearing about that one way or another.
More likely the gifts would be saved until after you picked them. Miya tells you a little about them, then they tell you a bit about themself if you are interested, then you decide.
I'd still pick from Andrea, Fei La, or Twile. All three are sympathetic cases without seeming to provide any serious problems (like yin or chere). Twile has it the worst, especially once you find out how long she's been stuck in her mirror but she's not really the best person (prankster). Then again Fei La's description makes her a little bit vapid as well.
Kind of a tough call between the three based only on their bios and introductions. It's the gifts that set them apart. Twile's body swap + real form are HUGE benefits. Andrea's "give her a soul" option makes her too easy, and Fei La's lesser demonify causes way too many problems especially compared to body swap.
Based on the bios alone Miya would never be an option. Her premise is that you've flat out rejected every single girl on the list. Even if Miya were clearly better than everyone put together I simply couldn't get through rejecting them all to get to her.

The tone has mellowed somewhat since forcing you to take on a load of drawbacks for decent powers is fine in isolation, but if you're just a psychotic murderbaby by the time you're done picking powers, then what's the point of companions or perks or whatever?
You'll still need a few drawbacks if you want to go for insane powers, but should be able to make a pretty fun build even if you hardly take any. Means there's a huge page full of them when I'm guessing most people won't really load up on them, which could feel a bit redundant, but just means you've got more choice which you want to take.
Biggest headache was trying to work in a "who are your parents/guardian" section which was a nightmare to tie in with other choices, so I've given up and just went "fuck it, you're an orphan" now instead.

Character Background:
Basically my character was an attempt at eugenics to create the urbermensch by a facist faction. Though the faction was eventually defeated, he is not bitter about it, and does not really care strongly one way or the other about facism and would prefer to just be left alone to live his life. He has a name but its lost to history. Now he goes by the moniker "Bonus" reflecting his life as a Mercinary.
Any enemy he cannot sneak around, he can shoot, any he cant shoot, he can out-think, hes pretty tough too, any that he cant out-think he can out-last, if he cannot outlast he can out-maneuver with rocketboots. And if that doesnt do it, he always has a forcefield projector to give himself more armour, and if THAT doesnt work... he has rocket boots.

That should be about all the alterations I need - comes to 780 if I did my math correctly. The Armored Regiment are the really expensive droids that guard the really important stuff. The Dreadnoughts are both there for System Defense, and the transport ships are all staffed by droids, mass manufactured and sent out in bulk to customers. Any smaller ships I make are unimportant enough to neglect upgrades; the Dreadnoughts cover Ytamun effectively enough to where they would just function as padding and I would only sell them as envoys for the Transport Ships to deliver droid payloads.

Pride's command no longer has a 50/50 chance to work on a chosen, but now only makes him slightly more persuasive to the chosen (suggested by another anon, thanks). Might of the Emperor will be specified a little more.
Gluttony will still go mad, but there is a way to stall and even reverse this effect byusing Swallow on people.

Get two dyson spheres with 200 construction yards, all the tech and fully upgraded dreadnoughts and just sit in your dyson spheres churning out dreadnoughts for a couple of years. If you need more information on it, all I have to say is you get a small selection of powers/abilities that you can choose from. Some are just modifiers to your current powers, others give you a buff of sorts. Some might even give you a new power entirely. Might even have to put in a passive guaranteed buff for the Sins (at least Greed, since he needs his companion to access his account.)

Perhaps you are right, but it does seem that they are a very poor choice for quick style guerilla warfare or holding defensive positions, the two thinks our armed forces use most of. I could see them being useful in a few situations related to the latter however.

Look, I understand that diamond is the hardest metal known to man but I think we need to take into account hardness versus brittleness. While it's very difficult to even scratch diamond they're rather brittle and relatively easy to crush. I realize in this case the gemstone origins are more of a stylistic thing and you might not want to bring that level of autism into play here, this is just something that's been bothering me for a long time.
If you did want to rebalance it around being very resistant to cutting but weak to brute force attacks that would applease me.

While I completely understand where you're coming from scientifically anon, and as a fellow engineer (I assume), I feel your pain, it's just that for most people, they wouldn't know the difference. The gems are more of a stylistic thing, as you said, and in truth, there is no crystalline substance scientifically fit for making a large barrier out of. Diamond, due to it's reputation and 'hard' is frequently associated with 'strength' despite the fact that the two are not exclusive.
