I also typically write things based on what's going in within the image, ignoring background knowledge such as famous people or characters (though I do sometimes tint it in their light or include references). As such, this image would become "Man grabbing coat while looking to the side." And I'm sure that's not what the posted would have wanted. For desired results, they should find a better way to project the ideology in the image.

Might be fun to mess around with. I take it aside from the paper-ness it's mostly similar to our world but perhaps with some different aesthetics and culture perhaps. (Unless Beri overrules me on this) My headcannon is that places mirrored will more closely resemble art set in them, IE: Paper Japan is somewhat more wacky and manga-ish, Paper New york is a bit more chaotic with vigilantes and other such stuff with a faint twinge of noire, etc. But no actual magic or superpowers or anything. Bargain specifically mentions "No matter what (no human pleasures)" If you have Biology, then you can have the tentacles / different appearance, but you cannot "feel." You'll still be pretty much skeleton as far as sensory is concerned. You keep the unkillable aspect of skeleton, though.

Wasn't sure if we'd still be carriers with immunity, but even then, the point of smuggling them out wasn't to go to new York city or something it was to get them proper food and an education and such rather than being scavengers. So holing up in the ship is still an option, and the surreal worlds have no people so bringing the disease there isn't really a concern. That way the girls can have a more stable childhood, since raising them in their home country carries a risk of them not living long enough TO grow up.
As for the possibility of doing it with paper world, I was thinking that diseases may not be transferable between paper people and humans anyways. (They'd have their own paper germs) But even that might be a risk, hence the ship being the safer bet.
If anything, I was more worried that doing either of those things would make them more interested in inter-dimensional physics than medicine so they'd study those things instead of curing the disease. Though if we can't return to the normal world at large until we cure it I suppose the motivation would still be there.

Blind picked From The Stars, Divine Dancing, and Musical Muse. Aside from not getting immortality, it's a pretty decent pick. I get a waifu, a be-the-girl option, a "useful" (in context) skill, and an improvement to that skill (I assume musical muse applies to dancing).
Lets see... Biology and Wasteland girls both offer immortality in their own way. Is Immodest Gladiator enough for that? The tonic "promotes youth" but it could be a one-time thing that just extends your life a little bit. Wasteland Girls is also kind of risky in that regard, because while they will "one day" discover a way to extend life (doesn't even suggest "quality" life), there's no guarantee you will be alive by that time. I don't really want to extend every other human's lifespan either, that's a whole can of worms I don't want to deal with, so Biology is probably the best choice.
I end up with From The Stars, Divine Dancing, and Biology. If I was a total asshole, Biology would be about the only thing I'd need, since I could murder people and assume their form for whatever other purpose. I'm not though, so I'll be keeping the killing to a minimum and trying to do some good with it, or at the very least working for the government or some such, but the result is I won't be collecting any particularly appealing form anytime soon.

It's not really an ideal situation.
