A Kitsune here is immortal by default, though their rebirth comes at a significant cost. They also extend the lives of their companions and are naturally extremely faithful. Overall it's not very much of a personality shift, unlike some monster choices.
That natural behaviour of a kitsune, not that I would really need it, makes a great match for the Ryuu Oracle, who needs a kind and faithful partner who makes lots of benevolent wishes.
The Witch gives me access to powerful magic for my own uses. Honestly there are probably better second choices, but that's the best catch-all

I can understand if you're trying to avoid bias or take it as a personal challenge to make a wish for every eligible pic you get, but after you've done so damn many of these it's probably best to just go with the ones you have the best ideas for and have minimal thematic overlap with ones you've already done.
