Look at the left of the picture. that's Corvus's leg at the top of the rubble pile with the other leg presumably sloped downwards facing the unlucky Space Marine.
The Raven Wings are perfectly straight too which suggests to me that Corvus is walking up the rubble while calmly pushing and killing the Marine.
