Andronicus Kraton IV could not be satisfied with the life of an ordinary penguin because he was not, in fact, ordinary. He was a dreamer. The type of individual who stops at nothing to stick his dick where it doesn't belong.
No, Andronicus Kraton IV would not content himself with a life of swimming after sardines, braving the winter with his mate's egg tucked warmly between his freezing toes. He would not settle for the experience that was chosen, without fail, time and time again over generations. Thousands upon thousands of years of genetic lineage, of struggle on the part of his forebears had led the young male penguin to this one, defining moment in all of that shared history.
