Look for "#define skin_wetness" the lower the number the wetter the skin (ie. 0.50 will be wetter than 1.50)

Those horns suck anyway. There are better ones, brother. I'm actually glad you brought this up. I had lost these horns a LONG while ago and was looking for them but couldn't scour Modsgarden thoroughly enough. Just found 'em, though. These are replacers for Bunny Ears. If you downloaded N.C.'s bunny ears that he ripped from DOA5 then you may have to remove those from your Archives to see these horns which are vastly superior to the vanilla ones you're sporting. These were done by GE, the dude that did the lovely flatchest mod and the facemods for women and men that are so popular here.

There is no mod to color accessories. If you wish to color something you click the box that says 'Color' right next to 'Save' and 'Load'. You can see it in any tab of the customization menu. I included a pic.

I got around the clipping inherent in Quiet's bra while managing to keep her tits a nice size. Yay.
But yeah--only issue is--and this is how it goes with nearly all of your hairs, bro--is how the lighting affects it when it hits the hair. Like--the scalp issue can be gotten around through sliders, like what you suggested in the comment section of the Quiet hair upload. Sometimes the simple fixes have got to be pointed out. It's all good.
There's a way to get around that and if Blender could work again on my computer I'd willingly show you but, alas, I've damn near forgotten how to do every friggin' thing related to it. Contact N.C. Productions via PM and he'll help you out with that like how he assists everyone if you're interested in not having your comment section littered with "help, can't adjust".
But yeah, man, it's the texture of the hair that fucks up. I don't know how to go about fixing that, either. Like the user that upped all the Street Fighter hair? I was going to initially do the same but had hell getting past texture problems and shit. He was able to bypass that so there's a way to do it. Might take some photoshop wizardry or some shit that's beyond my skill level but. yeah, that's the only true issue.
It becomes apparent when the color saturation is all high and shit. When I PRT+SCRN I usually get two screenshots--one that is kinda dried out and of a high pic quality and another that is more vibrant and matches the actual hook I'm using. She ends up looking much better in one than in the other as a result.

I have this weird issue. I have one of the skinny bodies, but the clothes on the bodies are slightly distant from the skin (like 3cm or something).

You can't really do anything about, that's the way the game deals with textures. It's shitty, I know, but in order to get clothes to look skintight, you either have to edit textures belonging to stuff that's genuinely skintight, like the stockings or the pantyhose (or possibly 'spanex', but I've never seen anyone modify that yet) - or - you can edit the model skin directly, which is what some people do but it's a method I personally hate.
That's pretty much it as far as tight clothes goes, other than that, you're stuck with an ill fitting textures.
It's an ancient game, really, I'm surprised people are managing to get this much out of it as it is.
Also, don't fall for the loli mod crap, people. It's good only for screenshots but not for much else really... At least not if you don't make your own poses but that's a whole other issue.
Thing is, position (height, etc.) of a model is determined by their hips, which the game recognizes as the center of a model so if you shorten the legs/body (or whatever you'd normally do to get a loli looking model) the game will NOT mess with the position of the model in order to have it to standing on the ground, but will instead keep it at the height of its hip, which is determined by the pose. So you'll end up with a weird looking floating models with extended legs perpetually pointing at the ground, unable to bend their knees, as there's no collision to keep them in a standing position.
That is assuming of course you are using any of the standard poses, most of which are made by the Garden norms who all have very strong moral stance on loli content and are assholes about it in general. I personally find it sad anyone would spend this much time making low poly shitty 3d model of a girl you could actually be fucking for real but whatever...
