You can only catch 1 or 2 per area. They're the ones that have a little scene at the beginning of an area. They're standing still somewhere in the map, not the little women running around(all you can do is kill these quick and a little in-battle rape occurs). Also the main girls are tougher fights.
I only played the first couple areas but it went like this..win a fight against one of these girls-->scene where orcs have their way with them-->now they are back in hideout-->go talk to them in cell for more rape time and eventually recruit them

It's not that it's hard to translate these games. It's just hard to find people that are capable of doing it well and not just paste machine translated texts (which tools that were already suggested here (ChiiTrans 2) can do on the fly) to save time.
To extract the files use RPG Maker Decrypter.exe. Then create a .rxproj/.rvproj/.rvproj2 file (depending on which engine the game was created) with thee same tool and then just open that file with RPG Maker (XP/VX/Ace) that you bought/torrented and edit away.
How to do that can be easily found on Google.
