Uploading my NA-VR stash now, it should be up by tomorrow evening.
BTW many of the videos have been converted or reencoded in some way to be able to run on my smartphone.
The quality hasn't been compromised in anyway perceptible on smartphones that run at 1080p.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 only for my cardboard use but I also have a S5 as a cellphone. Most of the videos that stutter on my or cause me some trouble while playing on the S3 are either 60fps or Res>1080p, converting those videos to 1080p/30fps should do the trick for most the issues.

Smartphone have issues playing large size videos (> 1920x1080) or large fps or a combo of both. the VRP videos are fairly large. Use Handbrake or ffmpeg to downsample to 1920x1080 and either 30fps or 60 fps. Files will be smaller and play well on Android.

With my smartphone i can play files of 5gb and larger just fine.
Problem is when the resolution is higher then 1920.
Besides that 30 fps 1920 videos work always. If i change reso or FPS to higher values it wont work.
Also BITrate is something to be considered. 16k bit rate works fine.

I'm looking for this one in SBS mode.
I dont understand why gearVR versions are being uploaded. They are useless for everything except gearVR.
If the gearVR can also do SBS then please only upload SBS vids. The OverUnder offset of the gearVR versions doent work on smartphone.

Because some of us have the Gear VR. Smartphone versions are usually shitty quality & Oculus versions won't always play on our devices without first being converted which is not convenient for everyone. As far as the links ITT, they have just been copied directly over from the previous thread.
How do you convert Oculus Rift videos for the Gear VR? I only know about the naming conventions for Milk VR.
Because the Gear VR is arguably the best VR porn viewer.

Doesn't make sense to me at least since I have a Note4 and any of the highest quality from NA, VRP, BDV all work fine at full fps with no re-encode. Are the S6's not able to handle them?

I use Handbrake and the only thing I change is FPS from 60 to 50. Not sure if this is good advice but has worked for me everytime.
Anyone converting videos needs to do themselves a big favour:
1: Use megui
2: Use avisynth
3: Use the following plugins for converting 30fps to 60fps.

InterFrame2.avsi
4. Use The following avsi file which is great for converting topdown to leftright3d and vice versa
Pantarheon3D.avsi
Read up on how avisynth works, it is extremely good, if you are downsizing video, you should probably use: Lanczos4Resize(1920,1080) or whatever resolution you want.

I also have the Note 4 edition & there have been a few Oculus versions that I've had to lower the FPS (just to anything below 60) to get them to play in Milk VR. I assume they were all VRP as the only one I can recall specifically was the most recent, Doorstep Seller >>696309.
I always prefer the Oculus version as well even if it requires converting, but at the same time I would rather have as many links up as possible as none of them last forever.

What Note4 do you have? the exynos?? I had no problem with that exact doorstep seller on my note 4, and have had no issues with anything but the ones that are 4096x4096 at 50/60fps.

Not saying I downloaded that exact link, just that scene but I've only had to do this 3 times I believe. The file will show up in Milk VR, but trying to play it just gives a black screen showing all zeroes for video length. Once through Handbrake at 50 fps & it's fine.
I'd count the Note 4 "Developer" version (I know it's called something else but I can't recall just now) a Gear VR just the same.
Does the re-encoding help with some of the girls appearing really huge and up close? That's the only thing I don't like.

Not really. The videos that appear like female giants are all the badoink ones pretty much. The MilkVR guys reqplied to one of my request emails saying that they were thinking of including a zoom/skew feature in milkvr in the future. Who knows if that will happen and if it will happen any time soon. I can say their next version they are going to allow reorienting the video horizontally and vertically instead of the current horizontal only. So hopefully the zoom is included with that version.

I personally use the VRTV Android app and it has an option to fix this. Some videos use a fisheye lense so i just enable the fisheye option. I dont know how gear VR works, so i dont think this helps, but if VRTV is compatible with Gear VR then I'd suggest you give it a shot. Im curious, so please provide some feedback if you get to it. Also, all the oculus high versions of VRP and CzechVR work on my phone, but since NA upgraded to 60FPS, I can't seem to play their High Oculus @60 FPS. Should I handbreak the resolution or Framerate? Though these work flawlessly on MX Player using HW+ acceleration

What Note4 do you have? There is exynos SoC version and a Snapdragon SoC type. I have the snapdragon version and all the oculus highest quality version from VRP work without re-encoding.

I cannot play NA 60fps videos on my Exynos Note 4 too. The others played well. I am using a software called pavtube. I convert just the framerate to 50fps and everything is Ok.

Almost all will be 3D 180 videos & use "180x180" then "_3dv" for one where the two sides are stacked vertically or "_3dh" where they are side-by-side and of course "_squished" for NA releases. The first 3 on this list are for standard 2D or 3D videos (not 180, 270, 360) and the next 2 are for non 3D 180 videos (rare). Most 360 videos are 2D & need no changes to the filename. Also the last couple VRP scenes I've tried didn't actually need the "_180x180" to play correctly for some reason. Adding this actually distorted them.

on my Nexus 6 using VRTV and AAA VR Cinema and all I get is audio.
I've tried a bunch of different settings on VRTV and they all resulted in the same issue, audio with no video.
Did any one of you guys ever compare a IPS QuadHD screen with the Samsung AMOLEDs? Right now i am on a LG G3 with a QHD IPS panel, which looks much better than the AMOLED on the S6, because there i see a diagonal patern. On the IPS panel the pixels are much less visible.
But still i'm not entirely happy with the performance of the G3. The head tracking is always a bit choppy.
Is there any one of you guys who had the chance to compare a QHD IPS panel with VRplayer against GearVR with a Note 4 or S6?
I wonder if i shoul get Gear VR.
PS: i dont care about anything but the porn. The VR games are not there yet....

That _squished_ does nothing for any of the NA videos, does it? Just _180_3dh or _180_3dv works! What should be the difference?

First, download the Milk VR & Oculus Video apps from the Oculus Store. Next create the following folders in the root folder of your phone and/or SD card:

root>Oculus>360Videos
root>Oculus>Movies
root>Movies
The last two are interchangeable and should be used for viewing standard 2D or 3D videos in the Oculus Video app as opposed to 360° videos which should be placed in the 360Videos folder. 180° videos (majority of the ones ITT) should be placed in the first folder for viewing with Milk VR. These will usually require additions to the filename in order to display correctly. More info can be found here:
