Lens isn't Lille's farm club and yes, there's a local rivalry between both clubs. Probably not as severe as ASSE/OL, but that's basically because Lens became irrelevant and Lille's fans are irrelevant. Playing as Lens would be easy since their fans are rabid: your stadium will be full regardless of the game. Their in-game reputation is good too.
