Why is no one discussing the fact that Hamilton was allowed to pit first when he was right behind Rosberg, so he could make the undercut. It failed because there was a problem with the rear tire during the pitstop. But it shows that Mercedes is actively trying to let Hamilton win. Not only that, but they gave Rosberg the shit tires (supersofts) that only lasts so many laps, while Hamilton got the softs that would last till the end.

It's a rude move, especially against one's teammate, but it isn't illegal. It's a legitimate racing move. The only circumstance where it should be punished is if the outside driver is pretty much fully alongside on the EXIT of the corner, not the entry, and still gets pushed off the track. IIRC, all the moves you mentioned (with the possible exception of COTA '15), Rosberg was not far enough alongside on the exit to the corner (as is likely the case, seeing as the outside driver has to take a wider line), and is always going to get pushed outside. It's pretty much racing 101, you see this move perpetrated by all kinds of drivers all throughout the history of F1. Schumacher on Montoya at Imola 2004 is one of the ones that sticks out in my mind as an example, although a particularly brutal one.

Admittedly I don't know the current rules word for word on the matter, I'm going off of what seems to be punished and what doesn't, and what I've seen throughout all the races I've watched. What I take from it is the inside driver has to leave space until the point that they are a significant amount (~3rd of the car) ahead, which usually happens near the exit as they have the tighter, shorter line, unless the driver on the outside was ahead on corner entry. It's well understood by most drivers that if they are on the outside they are at great risk of being pushed wide if they are not ahead by the exit of the corner.

Montoya knew that with Michael there was a very high chance of it happening as they were both aggressive racers. I never really held opinions on the other things because I just couldn't care less. The one that annoyed me was the corner cut against Ricc. The rest is still annoying too, he should be punished but in the end the FIA never lets us see what's going on within their minds, so we can't draw an accurate conclusion. It does seem strange but in many cases (such as the Ricciardo cut) we don't have as concrete evidence as Nico just deciding to not turn and try force Ham off the track. Hopefully, he'll start receiving punishments and this sets the precedent because it does get annoying. The media bias towards Hamilton is there, obviously, but hopefully not in the FIA itself. What Hamilton is going to do anyway is just pile up all of the penalties onto one race and start from the back. Some obvious power track (Spa or Monza) where Mercedes are expected to destroy anyway, or maybe even Hockenheim (dunno when Hamilton is officially going to "run out" of parts so these are just suggestions based on tracks alone rather than the full context of the situation). Considering Hamilton started from the back the last time we were at Hockenheim and finished on the podium (I think?), there's no reason why he couldn't do it again.
Not a Hamilton fanboy but I really don't think there are going to be too many races where Hamilton will finish worse than 4th on pace alone (a problem-free race), whereas there might be some races for Rosberg where he does. Hamilton can stack the penalties, start from the back, drive himself up to 3-5th whilst Rosberg is going to be either P1 or even have to end up race against the Ferraris or Red Bulls.
Hamilton is an emotional bitch but somehow Rosberg manages to be even more emotionally distraught in situations where he isn't winning. The odds are against Hamilton but I am honestly more confident that he will win the championship again instead of Rosberg. Throw in a few DNF's/mechanical failures/anomaly races where random teams are good for some reason and the chance that Red Bull or Ferrari MIGHT get their shit together for certain tracks, it's suddenly not that clear cut anymore.

Kimi is gone, meh qualifier, ok at races. Hasn't really done anything hugely positive or hugely negative during the races so far. China was pretty good but other than that it's been kind of anonymous
Max is still developing and he's shown several times so far that he is faster in race pace than Ricky and better with tire management etc. Ricky isn't bad either but his tire wear issues and general lack of pace (Canada, Austria) compared to max is somewhat alarming
Button is ok but he has never been anything amazing. Kind of got a second career out of the Brawn season, had that not happened he probably would have retired by 2010 as that midfield driver who won that one race
