Definitely. LeBron's situation was way different than Durant's situation. LeBron was on a historically terrible franchise run by an incompetent retard. His team was fucking awful, Anderson Varejao was the second best player on the team. His friends Wade and Bosh were already colluding in advance to create the Heat super team, and the Heat already had a successful established culture with Riley, Spoelstra, and a deep roster. It was a no-brainer for LeBron to leave.
Durant's is not anywhere close to that. He has a fucking fantastic team with another top 5 superstar player on the roster. He has an excellent front office that knows how to run an organization, and there is no super team waiting for him to guarantee him rings if he leaves OKC. It's been obvious to me that Durant isn't leaving the Thunder for a while. He has a good thing going and there isn't a better option available.
