Just don't use one at all when in contract negotiations. It's only obligatory in Spain, there's no point using one in other countries. The only point at which I had to put up with it was when I was managing in Slovenia (release fee from foreign clubs) because no one wants to stay in this shithole. Easy in shit leagues. You just have to qualify for the CL: foreign players are too expensive while your local/national players are very cheap. As a result, you can poach whatever player you want for little money.
