there's an Instant Result mod that I use. It just takes the Instant Result feature from FM casual mode and adds it to regular autism mode.
I use it and the best thing about it is that it credits you (the manager) for the match, not your assman.

I think implying a real life player gets cancer albeit in a game is probably mildly illegal since it might suggest he is prone to cancer or whatever which could impact their career or some such nonsense.
