They basically need to retroactively have never traded Wiggins for Love and never have traded Waiters for Shump and JR. Go small, Wiggins-LeBron-TT/Mozgov frontcourt with Kyrie and Waiters in the backcourt. Wiggins was already showing as a rookie that he can defend at a high level when his offensive role is allowed to shrink, and gives LeBron an elite slasher to find off drives. The roster's defensive potential goes through the roof, they have fewer potential injury concerns, and the offense becomes a little more dynamic. They lose some 3pt shooting, but balance it out with a greatly improved interior presence and (I think) some cap space to shore up that weakness with.

Anyway, Dwight played pretty well, Kobe was decent despite his foot, and things started falling apart after we lost Nash at the beginning of the third. Offensively the Lakers were great but defensively they were pretty bad. Too many turnovers and that's how Portland outscored them. Not looking forward to seeing them play the Clippers either, because they are stacked and have developed chemistry already.
I hate the Clippers so it's going to be even worse for me to see the Lakers lose to them. And I don't hate them because of the team itself (although Griffin is an annoying showboat) but because Donald Sterling is a disgusting racist.
