Durant is 60-40 gone I think. OKC can have room to sign 1 borderline elite player before signing him over the cap thanks to Bird Rights. (Some have speculated that Durant will sign a 1 year deal with a 1 year player option, but he would be foolish to do that because the CBA can be opted out of on June 30, 2017.)
And I'm looking at this year's FA class and there isn't anyone that would take OKC over the top. They don't need a 3rd superstar, although that would help. A solid backup PG who can keep the offense going, who may be able to play the 2 and a perimeter player who can score is really all they need, assuming no injuries. The best thing would be Billy Donovan somehow convincing Westbrook and Durant to trust their teammates in closing moments.
