Because that's a lot of time and a lot of money spent on getting image/name rights, visiting stadiums to scan and take pictures of then create in the game engine for what is at best the 8th most popular league in the game.
They should add all the stadiums from leagues that are actually relevant like the Bundesliga and La Liga before they do that. And considering one of the big new things about Fifa 16 was the Bundesliga presentation package I'd imagine that's next in line to have all its stadiums in the game.

It depends on the licensing of the stadium and the terms of the contract. They might have the rights for it to use it in Madden, but they might not for Fifa, and who knows the terms of the licensing contract and all the issues it might bring up.
I admittedly when I said it'd be logistically impossible I misread "a league" as "all leagues". Still, those 1300 employees won't all be working on creating assets which is ultimately what stadiums, kits and players are, that department will be fraction of a fraction of that number and with the limited time they have for each game it all depends on how important said assets are to the game. The PL was the first league to get all its stadiums in Fifa because its arguably the most popular league in Fifa. The MLS in that regard is way down the pecking order, why waste funds and dev time on something only a small minority care about.

But that's also kinda the problem with EA, isn't it? They have the manpower, they're raking in tons of revenue thanks to MUH PACKS(i wouldn't be surprised if they ran a few coin sites, too), and they literally struggle every year to do anything outside of keeping fucking their game up, update kits, rosters, balls/boots, and a new OST.
Meanwhile, looking at PES, you have 5 guys that recreate the whole Bundesliga to the smallest detail. A single guy in England that puts out every BPL kit possible. A dude in Belgrade already that is already churning out 16/17 kits with complete accuracy. There's a 15 man team that has made every single Liverpool kit, Home, Away, Alt, and Keeper, since they started playing.
EA are just fucking lazy and will continue to be this way because no one asks more from them desu.

Oblak is bad so far but that might be just because I previously had TOTS Fahrmann who's the best keeper in the game. Godin is one of the best CBs I've ever used in any fifa and Gimenez is really good as well.

Cannavaro has 93 jumping but it feels much higher than that. Can't remember him ever losing an aerial battle when I had him and he scored pretty frequently on corners too. Haven't used Baresi this year but he was really good in the air in 15.
