An enlarged aorta isn't something you can normally see from a chest X-ray. You need either an echocardiogram (not very detailed) or an MRI/Cardiac catheterization to really know for sure.

He can play ILB in a cover 3 scheme (Seattle, Atlanta, Jacksonville) but otherwise he would fit best at Will imo. A team drafting him for a 4-3 DE would be a mismatch though.
Also, arguably Floyd's best trait is his bend. Mayock says he "bends like Gumby." That along with his get off are the only reasons why he's even being considered by teams as a pass rusher because he's not a fit there otherwise.
