Everyone knows that the Cavs set out to tank the following season, firing their coach, several other members of the coaching staff, and making multiple trades to flip their roster for younger talent and draft picks. No one was questioning that their intention was to lose as many games as possible and win through the draft. For Miami, Chris Bosh nearly died and missed half the season. Prior to that incident, Wade had already missed about half the games. They had made no move to replace LeBron and were playing with constantly changing lineups that only featured one star. Almost every playoff team would more than likely find itself in the lottery if you simply took away their best player, let alone having injuries elsewhere.

He was an unmitigated disaster; never in position, never keeping with his man off the dribble, never not ball-watching, never closing out on shooters, never even trying. Did you watch the 13-14 and 14-15 playoffs? Probably the worst defender to see the floor in either. Watch the Pacers series in particular. He would try to defend PG, take a three to the face, move to West, completely forget where he was while fronting while West walked 5ft away for an uncontested lob pass, move to Hill in the corner, get blown by every time, then settle on Stephenson, who bodied him in the post. The Finals were even worse.
For the record, my point was that "arguably the most" was just a stupid thing to say, because it doesn't actually mean anything. You can argue either, what actually matters is whether you can make a decent argument of it.

However, he displayed a blatant inability, with significant practice, to perform what was a very easy move for many great passers, which relies most heavily on the passer's ability to visualize things not in their FOV, which is a key component of court vision. He would have if he could. He's gone after boards aggressively quite a few times over the years. He averaged 13 rebounds per game against the Warriors last year and tried very hard to come away with some offensive boards. Still only managed an ORB% of 4.2% in that series.

imo he has trouble with consistently boxing out and the finer points of positioning. Like he'll get to the initial spot, go up after the rebound, but he's just going straight from point A to B and relying on raw strength to pull him through. I've been really underwhelmed by their performance against Detroit. Kyrie, Love and JR are performing the best you can probably expect to get from them these playoffs, LeBron's putting up a LeBron statline, yet the games are all close and could easily be losses if Detroit weren't going frigid late in games. So many open shots bricked at key times. LeBron is shooting 28.6% outside of 3ft, which is a little worse than last postseason. If he gets it together, they're a real contender. If not, I won't be shocked to see them need 6 against Atlanta and potentially lose against Miami. Miami's positional matchups are really good against Cleveland.

I'd recommend doing them at an incline, practice doing them one-handed or move your hands closer together on the floor. I spent my childhood as an army cadet so I can basically do normal pushups non-stop forever, so when I do them I need to make it more challenging if I don't have weights around.

So the NBA admitted Harden's push off should have been called an offensive foul on his game winning shot and that the Warriors essentially should be 3-0 right now. Its not about discipline. The players know that they can be more physical in the post season because theres no way the refs can call everything and they're looking for any possible advantage. The refs loosen up a bit and let things go but can't just start calling things in the final few minutes that they let go all game. Players no this and get even more physical in the final minutes.

It's called bicuspid aortic valve, most aortic valves are split into 3 sections to stop blood from flowing back into the heart, but mine is only split into 2 which means some blood trickles down.
