not trying to shill le epic ruseman pop master plan narratives, but i think he's aware of that. their final few games of the regular season last season were sloppy and inconsistent and generally unfocused, leading to that stupid L handed to them by the pellies, and that resulted in a shitty fifth seed and a first-round matchup with the clippers but also in this weird feeling that they just weren't ready for the playoffs.
so yeah, i think he's aware of that this time around.

i noticed them actually going to him when the play breaks down and someone needs to make a decision how to get a bucket in the remaining seconds.
i mean, whenever ginobili retires, no one'll really be able to replace him, but anderson is slowly looking creative and confident and competent enough that you can trust him with the playmaking off the bench. it's nice to watch.
