What the judges do is, they give rounds where not much happens to the guy who has the momentum. Condit definitely won round 3, and if what happened in round 3 happened in round 2, the judges would have given the round to Condit, since Condit had the momentum after round 1. Because Robby won round 2, the judges were biased towards Robbie and gave him round 3 when he didn't deserve it.

Diaz isn't strictly a "boxer". He's a very good puncher, but boxing is about more than just throwing your hands. There's a lot of footwork and cage cutting involved, and Nick just doesn't have that. It's always been his weakness, which is a very strange and bad case for a guy who fights at his best when his opponent has his back against the cage. Condit exploited that weakness and made Diaz chase him, which took away Diaz's best weapon. Even Nate has this problem, and we saw it in the Michael Johnson fight where he had Johnson up against the cage, but opened up his right side and just let Johnson slip out.
