I would hope the guys that are getting paid to score will stop that from happening. The only player I wouldn't mind seeing in the permanent lineup is Marchessault. Everyone else can kick rocks as far as I'm concerned. They aren't NHL players.
All of these injuries just tell me that the conditioning wasn't adequate on the off season. There's no reason that these guys should be dropping like flies. And it's not day to day injuries, it's weeks worth of rehab.

I think Cooper is getting exposed. I know it's early to say something like that, but I really think the team last year kind of coached itself because they were all full of energy and caught a lot of teams off guard with their speed and skill.
