/iraq/ here. Humam Tariq is pretty good in that he brings a lot of energy, but to be honest he hasn't grown as much as I thought he would when watching him play in the youth team.
He has decent pace, a decent shot and some nice dribbling moments but he is really inconsistent. In some games he plays insanely well and produces multiple assists and goals, in others he is useless. Also his defensive abilities are sub par.
I'd rather have bought Ali Hisni Faisal, he is slightly older than Humam but is better at everything. We also have Ahmed Yasin who is imo the best player in the national team and is only 24 years old.
I've actually watched a lot of Udinese's game because of Ali Adnan. Honestly if they want some cheap and determined talents there is a decent amount in Iraq. Ali Faez, Ali Hisni, Bashar Resan, Abdul Qadir Tariq, Sherko Kareem and Dhurgham Ismail all has promise, but can't fulfill their potential in Iraq due to retarded fa and underdeveloped facilities.
Humam has promise and is still young, but I wouldn't consider him the top even in his position in Iraq.

I'd be very pleased with this buy. I've been a Gooner for as long as I can think back but I live in Basel so I follow almost every Basel game as well.
Elneny is very liked here in Basel. Not only for his footballing skills but also for his attitude. He plays for the others but always steps up when he's needed. He has an increadible workrate and always gives 100%. He also comes across as quite intelligent in interviews and seems to have stayed humble (my friends and I have seen him use public transportation to get to training like 3-4 times already - Basel is small lol)
He has been Basels most important player this season. Basels game is much more controlled when he plays. This is probably one of qualaties Wenger will like most.
My fear is that he will have a difficult time adapting to the fast play and pressing in the premier league. Basel is the best team in the swiss league so they are used to other teams sitting back and letting basel control the game. This is where Elneny thrives. He will have to change his game a bit and this is why I would have preferred him to join in the summer and have more time to adapt rather than being thrown in at the deep end.
He is 23, talented, a very humble and intelligent player, and cheap. This seems a very Wenger like transfer and I'm sure that if he comes, ha can have a bright future at Arsenal
