Since the game is a blowout, some general information from someone who's followed this shit for way too long...
Regarding OU using a ton of Texas players - that started in the Barry Switzer years of the early 1970s, something Oklahoma has used to competitive advantage ever since. OU's biggest scores from the lower state are Joe Washington, Billy Simms, Tommie Harris and Adrian Peterson, but many others have been acquired. OU went hard after Earl Campbell, but couldn't land him - not sure if they went after Ricky Williams at all. Arguably the most popular Texas steal was Brian Bosworth, who remains god-like in Oklahoma to this day. I'm not sure if Texas even recruited him, as he played on a 1-win team his senior year You can read about this in Switzer's memoir, "Bootleggers Boy."
Curiously, OU ignored Barry Sanders, even though Barry's insane father was an OU obsessive who rued the fact his son didn't play for Barry Switzer.
Oklahoma's 47-streak teams were composed primarily of Oklahoma players, as it was the 1950s.
