Can I pull this off /sp/?
>Sherman on Floyd
Pete you dumb piece of shit. Larry is going to run free all game.
I saved my #1 WW priority in my 16 teamer for 5 weeks (or whenever Charles got hurt). Missed out on the early breakout guys like Barnidge, Snead, etc because I was waiting and waiting.
Got advice and decided to stop waiting and use WW priority on Ryan Mathews the day before the Charles injury, therefore missing on Charcandrick West and likely costing myself even the chance to get to the playoffs. And my leaguemates are the kind of retards who use WW on kickers and drop guys they get hours after they get them.
I will probably remember this blunder for the rest of the years I play fantasy football. Feels bad man.

you should be good. hopkins is the only actual NFL receiver that team has, and hoyer can sling when he's in desperation mode. i see the game mostly being over by the middle of the 3rd quarter, so you'll have tons of garbage time to rack up points. not being PPR hurts, but i still think you pull it out.
Danny Amendola, Lafell, or Dobson? Which WR is the one to grab with Edelman out for the regular season?
Should I let up on the gas guys?
>>63601581
Amendola for sure.

McFadden vs the Buccs was a way better matchup on paper than Langford vs the Rams. Also I sometimes pick guys up and sit them or put them on waivers on Friday/Saturday just so other people can't have them. Sometimes its not about actually playing guys so much as gimping other teams

>>63604410
Hopkins gets 10-15 easy, Eifert possible 20, but with him having gio it kinda fucks you. Low chances for sure, your only hope is hill sees more touches and gio under produces with Eifert going off, which is likely
It's a great feeling to know you won on a Sunday night.
Do I win this? I'm on the right side
>tfw 4 game losing streak because of injuries

who cares? You only need to make it to the playoffs, your record after that doesn't matter in most leagues.
Mine has two first round byes, but I've never seen anyone else do that

That's what I thought but Floyd has been going off.
WAIT I CAN GET BOTH AMENDOLA AND FLOYD!
I just need to drop James Jones. Adams is back so he's a WR3 now and didn't even have a catch last game. Do I drop him for Amendola?
in order to win this week I need tyler eifert, deandre hopkins, and jeremy hill to average more than 11 each. am I fucked or what
>>63610309
Eifert and Hopkins can easily get over that. Enough over that in fact that Hill can have a pretty shit game and you can still win. And he might have a shit game. Could be a Bernard game for all we know.

To people who know nothing about anything and said AP was washed up, AP. To people who are more intelligent, I'm happy with my choice to take James Starks. Even disregarding le fat man lacy, Starks has always been a solid pass catching back and seems like a good guy and a hard worker.
Undoubtedly Mike Wallace. Fucking trash. I didn't expect top 5 WR numbers from him, but he's only gotten more than 6 points twice this season (.5 PPR). I'll be more wary of traded players in the future.

Is there anything worse than people who come to brag about their awesome team in their shit tier league?
Wow dude you have so many good WRs, it will really help out against the guy who put a bye week player in and has probably never made a waiver pick in his life.
Is there any way to filter out people who play with scrubs and idiots and are proud of their teams?
I'm up by 0.6 with just eifert for me to go. Do I play him and risk some fluke fumble and zero other receptions game, or do I sit him and risk losing to a stat correction?
>>63615119
Is there anything worse than people that have no clue what they're talking about telling people they are in baby leagues?
I swear half the people that say shit like that must not have been active during their draft or are just plain retarded. Take a look at his team and tell me what indicates that he's playing with idiots? He doesn't have a single player that could have conceivably been drafted well after their ADP, look at his opponent and it's pretty much the same (considering how prevalent the injuries to 1st/2nd rounders is this year, it's likely his opponent had one with his second rounder).
Every year you idiots come in with your 20/20 hindsight and shit on people with good teams. Sure, some people clearly are playing in baby leagues, but it's obvious you can't distinguish the difference.
I wish I could filter people like you
>>63615284

>>63615371
Well I'm currently 7-2 (should be 8-2 barring some insanity tonight). There are two teams that are gonna be 7-3, one im basically tied with in points and the other is 100 pts up on me so it seems unlikely I catch him in the last 3 games. I guess the points could determine if I get the bye but I'm a lock for the playoffs at this point. This is 10 team where 6 teams make the playoffs and top 2 get a bye.

I trade:

-Mark Ingram
I receive:

-Matt Forte
-Willie Snead
Should I go through with it? My running backs before the trade:
Lamar Miller
Mark Ingram
Ronnie Hillman
Ahmad Bradshaw
Antonio Andrews (this would likely be the guy I drop if the trade goes through)
My receivers before the trade:
Julio Jones
Calvin Johnson
Kendall Wright
Donte Moncrief
James Jones
Should I go through with it? I'm 6-4 and a game out of the playoffs right now, trying to make a push.
What do you think. Carson Palmer and AJ Green for Larry Fitz and DeAngelo Williams. I've got Bottles for the Bye week and Big Ben for the playoffs

also, 10 team standard
>>63627567
Drafted him in the second round and he's sat on the bench for most of the season. It's sickening.
>>63628259
Seems terrible. Ingram has produced at the same level as Forte, and its unlikely both Langford and Forte are going to be 15+ point produces simultaneously since they take up the same role. Calvin Johnson > Willie Snead. Essentially you are trading a downgrade at WR for some injury insurance. Unless you think Langford is going to keep putting up 25+ games for the rest of the season, I would not do this.
>>63628259
>>63628583
I ended up rejecting it a bit ago but have countered him by having him give me Forte and Langford for Calvin and Ronnie Hillman. I doubt he'll accept (Hillman fucking sucks), but he needs a receiver badly and I'm hoping he'll bite for Calvin. My next receiver up would be Moncrief which is a downgrade for sure but I still have Julio and I think having Langford/Forte at flex in addition to Miller and Ingram would make up for it. Thoughts?
>>63628640
Yeah, I doubt he'll accept, but that would be good for you.
Do you think Forte will play this week?
If he doesn't, pick a WR and a Flex:
DThomas
Hurns
Langford
I'm leaning Thomas and Langford, but Hurns plays Thursday, and I doubt we'll know what the Bears are doing that early. If I start Hurns at flex, I can't put in Langford. But I'd rather not have to take out Thomas to get Langford in.
What would you do?
yay or nay?
>>63628995
my squad
>>63628999
I'd do it, Forte is coming back and you're improving your WR do you can flex in decker or someone else. Also, drop one of those QBs, you really shouldn't have more than 2.
>>63628801
Is this ppr? Thomas has had one TD all season and now has osweiler as qb, so I can't see his production increasing. If Forte plays i would expect them so ease him in for the first couple games, especially with how well Langford has been doing, but don't count on it. I think hurns/langford is the better option.
Should I start Memeiota against the Jags or Stafford against Oakland? Stafford is predicted to have a better day, but when Mariota goes off it's like 30 points+

I have a feeling that lafell is going to be their main guy. Idk why though. But I could be wrong.

>score 57 the next week and get btfo
Was offered amendola for my blount in PPR,
current wrs are hopkins, diggs, deadelman. rbs are Gurley, Blount, West, Chris Thompson.
Is amendola going to be my savior or should I put my faith in diggs.

>>63644056
I think your RBs are stronk enough especially considering PPR. Dola seems like a semi gutsy move but he has proven himself very capable. I'd do it.
Waiver wire time. PPR.
I have: Drew Brees (5th), Andy Dalton (8th), Tony Romo (IR)
Thinking of picking up Derek Carr (9th) since Brees is on BYE and Dalton is shaky. Y/N?
Should I stick with and start Dalton instead?
Plus, half my RB/WR corp is on BYE and or dead (Edelman). Is my line up good or should I pick up one of the following receivers?
Danny Amendola (might get more looks with Amendola out)
Brandon LaFell (same as above)
Kamar Aiken (in Steve Smith's role since he's been dead)
>>63646172
Dalton is fucked, Cards will shut him down, Derek is the better choice
IMO Amendola over Matthews
So Amendola is going to be the guy in New England right? Not Lafell or Dobwhateverthefuckhisnameis?
>>63646242
yes.
>>63646242
>>63646246
We don't know that. Amendola plays outside opposite LaFell with Edelman in slot and he's been shit. Dobson might be plugging in the slot.
I'm number one on the waiver wire this week, and have put in a claim for Amendola. Another person in my league (my younger brother) has Edelman, and has already asked me for a trade. I'm willing to trade Dola (I have no chance of making play-offs anyway, while my brother does), but what should I ask for?
My current team:
QB - Palmer, Cousins (Dropping for Romo, just picked him up for Saints abuse)
RB - Langord, Forsett, Starks, Duke Johnson
WR - LaFell, Diggs, Marvin Jones, Snead, Moncrief, DGB
TE - Olsen
D - Bucs
K - Barth (Dropping for either Santos, Gano, or Catanzaro)
His team:
QB - Taylor, Brees
RB - Bernard, Ingram, Lynch, Rawls
WR - Julio, Robinson, Garcon, Edelman
TE - Kelce, Ertz
D - Broncos, Rams
K - Bailey
I figure I'll take the Rams D, but can I get something else out of it? This is my first year and I'm terrible with trades.
>>63646288
rawls
>>63646259
So do I take a chance and pick up Amendola? I have a waiver for him right now but now you're making me think twice about it.
>ywn assfuck Kate Fagan then belittle her as she dresses and tell her how stupid her opinions are
>>63646433
I would say pick him up anyways if you can afford the roster spot. He's only had 2 TDs this season but maybe he'll get more looks now. Maybe.
I just feel stuck
I'm in a 20 man standard with this roster, and the waivers are picked clean (Tedd Ginn Jr. is the hot steal amongst them, for reference).
I'm tempted to try to trade AJ Green, but no one in this league trades for shit, unless the trade is laughably bad. The players that have been underperforming (Green, Kelce, and Gore) all look to have soft schedules during the playoffs, which makes me more torn.
What calls for renovation? Should I just batten down the hatches at this point? I'd make the playoffs today but I'm 5th seed, so there's some urgency to fix the roster
my roster, because fuck me
>>63646735
you're an idiot for playing in such a huge league. A league that big isn't even fun anymore.
>>63646735

>>63646202
Who should I drop for Carr? I don't want to drop Dalton as he's posted fantastic points week in and week out minus the games vs Pittsburgh and Houston
For a 12 man ppr keeper league would be the better pick up, Perriman or Devante Parker?
>>63646814
they shouldn't be that big. He's a dumb fuck for playing in one that big.
Is there any way I can defend myself if a team decides to use a player with a nagging injury for decoy purposes only like the Cardinals did with John Brown, or am I basically fucked if this ever happens?
This may be dumb, but Forsett...

Stevie Johnson vs KC.

Deep 12-team, 0.5PPR.
Desean Jackson @Car
Antonio Andrews @Jax
Joique Bell vOak
>>63649416
I'd take that trade. Never discount what a mobile threat QB can do to open up running lanes for his RBs. Assuming the switch to Osweiler is permanent, of course. You can plug Hillman and Shady in at RB1/2 the rest of the way no sweat, imo. I think the Norman/Julio thing is a little overblown. Julio is arguably the best in the league at his position, as is Norman. People seem to think that means Norman is going to win every contested play. I guarantee you that Julio will win some of those balls. I think this is a good opportunity to take advantage of a matchup-fearing owner. You'll weaken your RB group slightly, but you can't start them all. I'd be flexing a WR in PPR anyways.
>>63648832
My strategy with QBs here is hoarding. So others can't have them.
I'm dropping Edelman for Amendola. Trying to decide which of the other QBs to drop for Carr.
>>63648859
No good RBs left in my league.
>>63648832
Nvm. Carr got picked up by someone else ahead of me on waiver.
Keepers
You now remember josh Gordon.
I think 1% owned is a little low this late in the fantasy season.
>>63646172
Is this bait
/sp/- I have too many WRs on my PPR squad and I want to try and leverage them in a trade to pick up Tom Brady from a team that is fighting to make the playoffs. I have the following:
-Hurns
-Decker
-Diggs
-Julio
-Amendola
-James Jones
My QBs are Eli and Dalton. I would plan on giving him one of those and one of the wide receivers listed above. My guess is he won't want James Jones but the rest seem to be of value.
>>63651300
Sell Amendola. He's not good enough to fill Edelman's role.
Also, keep Dalton. He had a bad game, but he'll be back. Now's not a good time to sell.
Who /DraftKings/ here? Just lost $500 this past week.
Have a trade dilemma, I really only have Lamar Miller and Forte at RB (Starks isn't great)
At WR I have Cooks, A. Brown, D. Adams
I have a guy offering me Langford, Forsett, and whoever the top WR is in Miami for my Antonion Brown. Should I take it?
>>63651431
Fanduel and I just won 500. Deshit Jacskon cost me 1k
Should I pick up Sefarian-Jenkins. Yes or no?
>>63650259
>hoarding QBs
fucking why? nobody is going to trade for one of them. It is a waste of bench space.
I see people try to do this every fucking season and it never works. Even the 18th rated QB can get you almost 16 points per game on average, it doesn't fucking matter. QB is the most overrated position in all of fantasy football.

Is Forte still ded? Last I heard he was due back this week?
>tfw scored 50 points this week in standard scoring and I really needed to win
Who having a better game
Demarco at home against TB
or
Devonata at home against IND
>>63652096
the guy you traded with is an idiot who's probably somewhere near the bottom of the league
literally a fluke trade.
I have never ever heard of a trade like this.
I only play in leagues from sizes 12-16 teams. I'm rolling with Mariota, Fitzpatrick and Cousins in many of my leagues. I stream at QB all the time. There's a strong reason why veteran players wait forever to draft a QB. The value over replacement just isn't there.
>>63652188
No one as good. Ted Ginn and Nate Washington on my bench. OBJ on bye. I'm hoping to get Aiken today, but not counting on it.
>>63652165
Of course Alshon is the real deal it's not like this is his first year in the NFL or anything. We already know he's a 1000+ yard elite receiver who gets tons of redzone looks due to his size.
>>63652356
>tfw scored 60 and won
>>63652419
>TB might be getting its two best receiving options back this week
>trusting iggles to keep it close enough for running to be viable
>>63652473
Hmm so I'll have to wait til Saturday to see the status of the WRs.
But now that the 2nd back for PHI is down that means Demarco has more touches and I don't know if Chip will let Mark pass all day
>>63652473
Na Chip is Chip and will run when the fuck ever he wants.
>>63652495
He'll run all he wants, but sooner or later he'll have to set Butt-fumble lose to heave down field for a few seven and outs.
>>63652098
Both west and Langford are on fire right now. West plays against chargers (32) run defense. And West shit all over Broncos, which is who Langford plays. (Assuming Forte doesn't play)
I'd go with Crabtree/Hurns.
Flex coinflip Moncrief or Hill.
>>63652524
They will run less if they are down with buttfumble.
I doubt he plays though.
Is Aaron Rodgers for Jay Cutler and Devonta Freeman a good deal?
I'd be getting Rodgers. It's a deep 2QB keeper league, so I'm thinking Rodgers has awesome keeper value despite his slump right now
>>63652588
>despite his slump right now
He's not in a slump in fantasy. Just in real life.
>>63652544
Sanchez will throw 2 tds and a pick this week. Calling it.
>>63652588
He's still throwing 60 passes a game with no running game. That's a good trade unless you have no depth in rb.
Should I send a trade that requires giving away demarco Murray and getting Marshawn lynch?
>>63652616
Olivia must be making him actually have the sex with her lately
>>63652639
I'm fairly shallow at RB, but I'm unlikely to make the play-offs this year, so I'm starting to think about keeper value for next year
Randall Cobb for Charmander West
Who wins this trade?
>>63652188
Follow up on >>63652174
I got Aiken this morning, so there's another piece. I just don't know if i should rely on Denver's receiving corps this week.
>>63652709
Do you get any PPR?
It's tempting because it's a 2QB format, but in PPR Freeman is the highest scoring back and will probably remain so going forward and into next season.
I lost by 5 points.
I started Peyton over Palmer.
I deserve to be keked. I'm not even internetting you.
>>63652810
Nah, standard scoring. I'm just worried he'll be a one-season-wonder, whereas Rodgers is a sure thing every year.
Dalton or Carr this week?
>>63652802
The one who gets the player that doesn't suck
>>63652881
What other keepers would you have?
>>63652833
People who drafted Peyton should've thrown in the towel week 5. I understand that if you sunk in a higher round pick for him, you don't want to just drop him, but you could've started someone else.
>>63652983
It's a 14 team league and my roster is garbage, so the only other candidates are DeMarco Murray, Manny Sanders, maybe Eli (good QBs are like golddust in this league)
picked up Welker because no one else did
he's still good right?
>>63652808
Id honestly sit and see how Brock works out. Start Aiken and Ginn at least. Washington is a dart throw to me until we see if Hoyer is well. Not that Hoyer is anything to write home about if you're last name isn't Hopkins.
Would yall rather have lynch or D Murray for the rest of the season?
>>63653163
>CANT RUN THE BALL ONE YARD
>CAN RUN THE BALL 1 YARD
TOUGH PICK
>>63653034
Yeah, do it.
In a 2QB league with 14-16 teams, basically every starting QB in the NFL is starting in your league.
Think about it this way. If you keep Rodgers, you'll have a permanent QB option. Then in the draft, you can truly draft best player available, and stream QBs drafted in the next couple rounds.
Thing about QBs is, from the QB1 to the QB32, the difference isn't as great as you might think. You're talking maybe 10-6 points per game, which is a lot, but not as bad as other comparable positions. However, unlike RB or WR, the load isn't shared so the drop off is incredibly steep.
I would roster 3 QBs. Rodgers, and two alternating players. Maybe someone like Fitzpatrick who is always solid but always projected as very low tier QB, combined with a high upside rookie.
Carr or Palmer?
>>63653142
Thanks, buddy.
>>63652165
