Normally I'd go for the Cowboys. Romo just plays with so much heart. Watching him torch the Dolphins was just wonderful... one to see a divisional rival get beat, but the happiness on that team when you could tell all was right again with him back... it was infectious even through the TV. I hope Romo wins an Owl someday.
That in mind though, I'll be pulling for the Panthers in this game.

Youd have to be pretty dumb to think the Cowgirls cant win this game. I wouldnt bet on them to actually do it, but they definitely have a chance. Especially if the line can give Romo a little time against that rush.
Cam's throwing ability vs. the talent in that secondary? Could be pick city.
The pass going the other way? Panthers dont have a good answer in the secondary, especially for the checkdowns.
Dallas is good enough to contain Cam and force bad throws if they show up. It's in Dallas and their last gasp at the season is on the line. Meanwhile the Panthers think they are as good as their record, and probably come in a little less hot than they should. Theres a very good reason the line on this game is like -1/2.
It comes down to how well Carolina's D can get to Romo, but Im just saying youd have to be a fool to think the Panthers will walk it no questions.

The defense is good but not great. They force a lot of turnovers and get to the qb well enough but give up way to many yards and let teams come back way to often. However, under Rivera the Panthers have usually played way better in November and December than to start the season and it seems that may hold true this year as well. They have dominated the last two games on defense and the offense is still playing really well. They beat the Cowboys tomorrow and they legitimately might go 16-0 this year. Then we will see what happens in the playoffs, Rivera typically sucks after a bye so not looking forward to losing momentum resting for a week.

That entire game was shameful and I think it contributed to how terrible we played at the start of last season. I was beginning to think Rivera had lost the team but then they rallied and we managed to win a playoff game which should help us this season. I can't remember if the Seahawks won the owl the year after they made the playoffs at 7-9 but I could see us doing that. Playing in and winning in the playoffs is a huge confidence builder even if you win against a flawed team.

I have been watching the Panthers since they entered the NFL. I suffered through Kerry Collins the racist drunk, Rae Carruth, the Sean Gilbert trade, 1-15, the Superbowl loss, Jake's meltdown vs the Cardinals, Jimmy Clausen and everything else terrible this team has been through. Fact is the Panthers are legit this year and have finally found a franchise qb that will keep them relevant for years to come.
