Im a very inexperienced photographer but I know a lot of stuff about the theoretical part because I have a lot of time and there are soooo many youtube videos on it.
Ive researched a lot before buying my DSLR because I dont have much money and I hate the feeling of having wasted it.
My knowledge about entry DSLRs is from spring last year so it might be outdated.
I have a Canon eos 700d also called rebel t5i.
It would probably cost you about 500 bucks with the kit lense and its a really, really solid camera.
I would highly suggest you get a DSLR and not a mirrorless no matter the BS they tell you in the store.
Its a highly controversial topic but really mirrorless are kind of a fad and not worth the high lense and body price for their reduced weight.
The 700d has everything you would need in a DSLR and if you dont think it has enough you can download another OS for it called Magic Lantern which gives you every fucking option on the planet.
It has touch which is great for the AF, it sounds like a gimmick but it actually makes the process of taking pictures so much faster and you dont always have time to friggle around on your cam before taking a shot.
I have the 18-55mm kit lense which is decent but you could also just get a fixed 50mm, zoom really isnt needed and pancakes are the bread and butter of photography you can just get great pictures with them.
The AF is quick and I really dont struggle with the cam.
What I am looking for in a Camera is something that just simply doesnt hinder me in the process of taking a pictures, and it really doesnt, its just very straight forward.
Also because its Canon there are tons of cheap objectives, video with it is decent aswell and better then every camcorder out there (they whitewash everything).
I would really suggest going for that camera, maybe even for the 750d, but not for the newest model, if the 800d or whatever is already out yet.

The price of the models drops rapidly once the newest model is released and the differences between them are mostly insignicant, you could take nearly identical pictures with the 500d and the 700d, but the 700d definetly makes the process of taking pictures more natural and easy than the 500d.
I would say the rebel t5i was/is the best camera under the 800 range, above you can find superior Nikon models, but Im unsure if its worth going for as a beginner. You will struggle with the options and the theory in general anyways so the supreme but expensive Nikon models wont really be worth their buck for you

Now I dont like what he does with the image, I think he overblows it completely and you dont need expensive software to get the same effect . A good museum has few pieces and explains them well.
You get to know the artist and the period the painting is from so you can gather enough context yourself to really appreciate and understand the work.
The Luvre cramps millions of great artworks together into something undigestable.
For me that shows a lack of respect towars the artist and the whole boasting about no human being able to look at all art pieces in 24h or whatever because there are so many is just retarded.
The best museum Ive ever visited is the Leopold Museum in Vienna and its the reason why I like Egon Schiele so much.
Its 60% Paintings 40% explanation, after being there for 4-5h (I went there twice) you really start to understand and appreciate the artist, you can see your view on his work getting more clear and clear in real time.
But yeah I would visit the Luvre anyways obviously, the art pieces are fantastic at times, they just arent in a appreciative setting.

If you only want to spent 300 Bucks on a body you probably cant even go for an 800d, but Im pretty sure that you can get a 700d new for that price, and I would buy new or only slightly used.
These cameras arent build to last ages so use on them, even if non visible, really can cut you badly 6 months down the line.
I say you wont find a Nikon that comes close to the Canons for 300, they are really good on the midrange prices but not on the lower end.
Lenses are something worthy of research but I would really just go for a basic 50mm fixed or something that goes maybe 14-85mm or something. Everything else is only useable under certain circumstances and too expenisve. Kit lenses are A O K and they dont just much, I have on and its fine enough.

Honestly, I don't drink TOO much. On average, I drink maybe 2-3 beers a night. Sometimes less. sometimes more. I moderate myself pretty well, plus I rarely go out to drink (which I'm sure would turn me into an alcoholic if I did quite a bit, lol). It's over thirty degrees Celsium here. And my hangover hasn't gone away, even though this is the second day after.
Anyways, as some of you might have noticed, I got drunk on Midsummer's Eve ( basically a celebration where everyone drinks nationwide ) although I said I wouldn't. Meh, I started with two beers, then I drank four more in a very rapid succession in a very short time mostly on an empty stomach and after nearly two months of not being plastered. My memory died when I got to this sauna and started drinking Tullamore with this fifty something year old guy and some completety random people of whom I maybe knew half. I awoke on a bench. I think it was bit over two in the night. With no one around and not being particularly eager to continue drinking, I half-drunkedly staggered home. I wrote some (You)'s in my distressed regretful state, but fuck it, my thoughts haven't changed much. Still feel very disgusted with myself, but this is fuel for improvements. For some strange reason I asked this guy who I barely know to buzz my hair since the summer is in full swing and my longer hair is pretty much unbearable in the heat, especially with me planning to go on berry hunts in forests. Tbqh he didn't do bad, although I do look like a bydlo with short hair, but idc. It will grow back quickly and I will be sporting a full head of hair by the end of the August.
On the bright side, the berry season is just over the hills and I will soon enough be too busy to post here regularly, so my antics here will be much more toned down. As a positive note, I might get a change to visit my Valmiera relatives the next weekend.
Bit depressed that I let myself down, but, now that I think of it, I like that disgust with myself makes me more active and hard on staying true to myself. Man cannot remake himself in one day; I think I made enough improvements since I first came here when half of my posts were written in tipsy or high states kek. ( Bit exaggerating )

Turns out my other computer had fully operational 1gb of DDR RAM sitting on it. I switched it for one of my 256mb sticks. Yas, now I'm running on whopping 1256mb of DDR 333mhz RAM. Literal powerhouse lads.
