Thxm8. A lot of it for health, I have a little background in medical things from school and being overweight is pretty rough on your body. I wasn't particularly overweight but I ate like crap and that's really bad as well. You'd be amazed how much sugar damages your body and how much it's possible to go through a day. Also I'm fairly insecure and felt like if I did things correctly for one day I could go to bed knowing I look just a tiny bit better and am on the right track
