How does one go about finding other sociopaths or psychopaths? Not looking for love, but rather someone I can talk to in confidence (hopefully) without repercussion. Everybody needs someone they can bounce ideas off of, who better than one of our own?

I don't think most sociopaths are aware of their condition. And even those who are would probably not hesitate to stab you in the back if they found it beneficial. Just because you're similar doesn't mean you can trust each other-- just look at all the venom people in this general throw at each other despite their similarities.
Find someone who's not like you but who won't judge you for being the way you are, if you really are what you claim to be.
