Your "ASL"s can be an elf princess and the rugged but gentle half-orc knight that saves her, or the dragon that keeps her. Or maybe you're sci-fi greasemonkey, or the pilot of the starfighter she's repairing. Anything is valid.

Before anything else, come up with the character you want to fuck as. Try not to make a boring character, make someone you think people would want to interact with, it doesn't have to just be sexually! Once you've come up with your character, register an account on https://www.f-list.net and create a profile for them. If you're having trouble with concept, feel free to talk here with us in the thread or join our channel with a blank profile. We're happy to help you figure things out!

After you've created your character and think you're ready to actually ERP, open F-chat 1.0 or 2.0 from the chat tab on the top left of the Homepage. Look through the Public Channels and find the ones which interest you or apply to your character. If someone's ad interests you, look at their profile and private message them if they still interest you, or wait for someone to do the same to you. You can also post your character here, there's a chance one of us will be interested.

I can't say why they're not more popular, but I've been working on and off on a character who might fill those shoes decently well. She's a seven-foot orc musclegirl who pushes people around to show she likes them. I have some art incoming! The making went fine, the profile was probably my best work so far. It was in attempting to play her that I found both talent and interest lacking. That's why I've resolved to only make and play the character/s I really, really feel like playing. So, I'll get around to it sometime, I'm sure. But I'm going to wait until I feel a genuine desire to do so, so I know I won't just bail on something I was only lukewarm on to begin with.

That goes for anyone. I don't particularly know what I'll do yet.
I'm kind of tempted to give Beast a try, but it's so fucking directionless. I also want to try Mage using the 1.5 rules (1e with the 2e previews), but that's pretty demanding for a newbie group, and most people are not as familiar with the system as I am. Vampire 2e is a really fun looking game that makes me interested in a setting I wasn't interested in before, but I also don't know much about what I'd do with it, other than have the players do things for Elders.
Werewolf and Hunter seem like the easiest, because they're pretty easy to give purpose. "Something is fucking up your shit, go do something about it". Werewolves and Hunters are both hunter characters who are both proactive in patrolling and defending, and reactive in how they handle situations. Hunter'd probably be easier, but Werewolf 2e seems really cool and has a lot of "team building" stuff in the character creation level that I really like.
You build the Pack together (the Totem that serves as team benefactor and mascot, the characters, the Wolfblooded who serve as supporting characters, and the mortal humans who come and go and think they're part of a bar or support group or whatever and help spread influence) and I really like that sort of ground level collaborative character creation sort of thing. Werewolf also gives ample reason for lewd elements because 2e doesn't have that dumb "you can't sex other werewolves" thing and also the Pack seems like it'd be just riff with incestuous relationship drama.

...Maybe? I'm usually bad with schedules because people (usually family, because I made the mistake of living within driving distance) often make random demands of me, so it's tough for me to commit to very precisely doing X thing at Y time, and "fuzzy" schedules are the death of many a game.
I still like the Metal Gear Solid idea better.

I might. I'd clearly have to make another profile for it though, because Lili wasn't getting bites even when I was chatting up ageplay rooms. But a low-effort low-commitment profile of some sort might be good to have anyway, for those days when I do feel like doing something, but just don't have the time/energy to sling six hours of smut. And it wouldn't take nearly as long to make as a lovingly crafted Regina/Lili style profile.

Metal Gear Solid would be fun, but probably more involved than a game that's so in my wheelhouse it's the only thing I've played in years.
Beast is about playing a Beast. You're a normal person who was plagued by nightmares only to realize the nightmare is you. Now you're a primordial nightmare monster and the world is your playground. Ostensibly you're meant to teach through fear, but you don't really *have* to. The world is your oyster, you see other supernaturals as your "Kin", and sometimes self-appointed "Heroes" try to kill you. That's the jist of it, not getting into stuff like the alternate reality secret base that serves as your powerstat or the metaphysical connection to the universal human dream realm.
It's kind of infamous because it was leaked, people thought it was horrible, and then they ignored those criticisms, did the Kickstarter, people had so many complaints that they bit the bullet and said their message hadn't been clear and did some super last minute rewrites to make it seem less "a game about playing SJWs made by /pol/".
It does still kind of have a bit of the "Bullies must die" feel to it, but mostly it's issue is that it's more directionless than Geist.
Promethean (and to a lesser extent Hunter) is the only time taking the social group aspect out of a WoD game has worked well, and that's because of the really strong, really focused high concept.

Probably. Some people have done that by creating social groups, but they're usually just groups that play into the "fuck it, you're a shithead monster" thing, as opposed to giving ANY sort of weight to the "teach spooky lessons" part of the fluff.
I mean, Matt McFarland is big on "game balance is a myth" and doesn't think that mechanics should do anything to help the theme. So "you teach spooky lessons" is ostensibly a goal, but you get more points for murdering the fuck out of people when you Feed.
Oh, and technically the horror heroine who "won" wrong thing is totally Beast, only instead of a real slasher it was in her dreams, and it turns out she was actually the slasher monster. Or Gorgon or Giant or Dragon or Leviathan, as the case may be.
There's also a heavy Crossover element, which is probably why if I run it it might end up just going around meeting other monsters and having tea with them. Beast is also where the concept for All 7s came from. Pic related.

I have the problem of making interesting, fuckable characters for completely non-sexual RP/games, and then I can't use them for sexual purposes because they're all pretty distinctive and recognizable. And making an "almost-but-not-quite", changing a few details here and there, would just feel cheap and personally unsatisfying (as would removing them from their original context, usually). It's a pain.
