In today's day and age it's far from ridiculous to consider that a group of friends or associates or whatever, most likely all working within the fields that would explain the complex challenges. Whether it could be for a project/laugh for this possible group or some sort of motivational hoax by some other party, it can be quite easy for anyone anywhere to create in-depth pranks over the internet.
