I'd recommend signing up on edx.org. It's an opencourse site with a strong focus on stem. it's all self-paced and there's plenty of courses with varying levels. It's not dodgy shit either.

This is allegedly a really good book. It's like 15 bux on Amazon I believe.
I haven't read it, but I own it if I ever want to relearn chem or need it as a reference.

Check out UCI openchemistry. Buy brown Chemistry the central science. Doesn't matter the edition. I got the 1997 version for like 67 cents four years ago and got an A.
