In our 101 "Problem Solving" class with Visual Basic, the last assignment was program a "gradebook". It should take numbers, make an average, and translate that to letter grade based on the range (nested ifs for our case).

To answer his question, it would be pretty hard, as no number that would be considered odd (such as 0.3 or 0.117) can be represented as a finite decimal in base 2 (they are all infinite and repeating), and sadly the computer stores them in binary, so 0.117 would be stored as 0.1170000001 or something like that, the same goes for 0.3.
