how do get into math and physics as someone who has been a NEET for the last 4 years?
Should I start learning everything from scratch?
I'm guessing you didn't go to college after high school, meaning you're probably 20 or 22.
These are fine ages to start college. Just fucking enroll. Be an undeclared major and take the basic math/sci courses. If you're taking the basic courses, even if you're at a competitive university they're probably gonna be pretty easy. So apply yourself and do well in them. Then declare yourself whatever major appeals to you.
go to Khan Academy, and work your way through Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Trigonometry
you don't have to watch it all, as Sal is slow af, but make sure you can do the exercises, and watch videos as needed
that should give a solid math core
then download University Physics, it's the most popular book for universities in the world
easy to get
you'll need Calculus, but you can either learn it alongside UP, or self study Calculus in a single variable
as you go on, you'll need multivariable calculus, taylor series, etc, but this should get you started
