I want to get a german one, not an italian one, because german shit is low price/well engineered and italian shit is high price/high aesthetic/ poorly engineered. I drink about 12 expresso shots a day and i want a good machine that will pound them out. Is krups german? I cant seem to find which makers are german and which are itrashian

You could start by spelling espresso properly.

EEEWWWWw automatic machines. If you want good espresso's it's necesary to buy the best burr grinder you can afford and then care for the espresso machine. My advice: get at least a grinder like a Baratza Vario, Rancilio Rocky, Mazzer Mini or better. Then get a prosumer machine like a Rancilio Silvia, Gagia Classic, La pavoni Europicola, Expobar, Rocket Giotto Evoluzione etc. You can get better machines if you want but don't underestimate the importance of a good grinder.
If thats too much for you, just stick with a moka like >>8047769 or maybe try Aeropress. There's also the classic french press which can make superb coffee, though not espresso.

I'm pretty sure a guy like you just wants a nespresso pod machine since it sounds like you're looking for quantity over quality. And honestly since those machines produce consistently average quality espresso, you might be coming out on top on the quality side as well since it seems like your attention to detail is a bit lacking.
