Not all vitamin D is equal. The doctor prescribed me the good stuff. You only take it once a week. It's got a week's supply in one pill. Not all vitamins work like this though. Your body can hold onto extra bit D, hard to overdose I imagine. But I had to stop refilling every month, I'm mad poor.
