Any nutritional scientists or dietitians here?

What exactly should we be eating? Like what % vegetables, meats, sugars, etc.

Also, side question: Exactly how detrimental to the body is caffeine? I have it every day, multiple times a day.

Eat mostly vegetables, minimise meats (really minimise processed meats) and really really minimise sugars and refined carbs unless you're exercising (high duration) or coming out of an exercise. Go for a half veg, a quarter protein (meat, soy (but soy isn't much better than meat), fungal protein, etc.) and a quarter carbs, but adjust proportions based on individual needs. Your body will tell you how much you need

Caffeine is beneficial in moderation (and I stress moderation). Multiple times a day is a lot though. I'd cut down to 1 or 2 a day

Alot of prebiotic food. Oat meal is the best prebiotic food there is.

Besides that some meat little bit of fruit. Refined sugar so bad anything cooked in oil is bad.

Liposomal vitamins and minerals are great. Olive leaf extract is great for your heart.

B100 complex and multi vit and minerals every day.

Its not rocket science
Most people are overfed but undernourished - you dont get enough fiber, magnesium, zinc, omega 3s, etc. Neither fat nor sugar are particular bogeymen if you don't eat a shitload of them. Eat less and eat wholesome. Abstain from Heavy Cream Wet Dream and Mt. Dew you fat faggot. Run occasionally. There, you're welcome.
