Do you mean resting for half an hour between study periods? Because that's too much rest desu

Then what would be an ideal one?
Hey, I study for 50 minutes with a 10 minutes break. That's how long I can focus. After 3 cycles (150 minutes of studying with a half-hour break) THEN you can, maybe, take 20-30 minutes of resting.
Also check out the Pomodoro Technique, I think that's what you need.

Depends on what you're studying and how much you enjoy it
My goal is usually to get a certain thing done , not to do something for a certain amount of time

Just do it

Snorting adderall helps me more than green tea
