Why do I feel dumber having taken anti-depressants for about a year (Zoloft)? I used to solve things so quickly, and my brain used to run so quickly, but now I just feel dead and it takes me a while to think. What's going on?

I looked into this, Zoloft doesn't cause brain damage if your dosage is correct.

Yeah, I think that's what's happening. Although my blood pressure is quite low.

How do I fix my clinical depression guys?
>>
Probably just age. I'm 28 and I'm certainly less sharp than I was when i was 18.

I'm 19 though

huh. So, Zoloft causes brain damage?

Lots of things could be adding to that. Sounds more like depression if you're having brain fog, rather than any cognitive deficit.

Go out and make friends, or spend more time with family instead of staying on 4chan in your room all day.
Go outside for at least 30 minutes every day, or every other day.
Try to simplify your life. Throw out clutter.
And try to find your passions. Sounds cliche, I know, but engaging in fulfilling activities has been shown to decrease depression.
Eat better and get exercise. Walking is fine.

But, above all, spend time with people.
