My opinion on him isn't fully developed, as I don't listen to his talks often, nor do I read his books. But from what I know now, I believe that he says much of what he says for money. It's just speculation. He seems like a nice guy otherwise.

He's helped so many people understand so many scientific things, he is 100x more useful than any non super-genius like hawking or einstein.
