About the only thing in high enough quantity in the atmosphere for oxygen to burn with is nitrogen and other oxygen. One creates ozone, the other would be laughing gas. Neither system is favored by thermodynamics.
>>
There is an infinitesimally small possibility. Very very fine dust particles are explosive.
>>
Just be thankful no one has set the ocean on fire yet.

first seeing as a lot of nuclear bombs have gone off all ready why would you even ask this question? so no it wont. second have you ever seen with your own eyes a nuclear bomb go off? nether have I witch is odd to me because all of the countries have had and still do have good reason to use them, just putting this out there for you what if the A-bomb was never real? would there be a difference would you even notice a difference in history? nuclear fission bombs are not real grow up.

Short answer?

No.

All the bombs on earth don't have enough power to start such a reaction.

Unless it's a warhammer 40k tier orbital bombardment, not really.

No, Edward Teller, it won't ignite the atmosphere.
